Came here to buy new car seats as soon as I got out my car an employee is asking me if Im coming inside the store super rudely? Like did I something wrong to come park in front the store? Very confusing, unprofessional and unwelcoming not sure what miscommunication there was. I ended up not going inside and found somewhere else to go. I think she said something about towing my car, when I literally just pulled up to park and got out to grab my purse. Chill pill needed girl.

Helpful staff usually have what I m looking for. Only issue is the machine shop is open m-f and closes before 6:00PM.

Web site SUCKS! They offer discounts for online purchases, then charge for delivery but wont allow pick up in the store. Bait-&-Switch tactics! 2 out of 3 purchases are typically the wrong item the first trip, so you make at least 2 attempts, before final trip or just going elsewhere. NAPA used to be the FLAGSHIP for auto parts & knowledge! NOT ANY MORE.....

Visited Napa for a replacement battery for my 2016 Honda Fit. I was informed that the battery I needed was no longer made. That a lower voltage battery was available but it did not meet the voltage that was truly needed for my Honda. What a change Biden has made to the battery industry. Whats next??? Ask yourself that.

We are from Hawaii and were in San Francisco for Christmas and had reservations in Tahoe that we had to cxl because of the storm and road closures. Our kids had never seen snow so we wanted to take them there. We decided to drive to South Tahoe in hopes that we could see some snow and play in it for a bit. Well, the storm warnings were true! There was so much snow on the ground and boy, we were not prepared for it. Chains were required and when we arrived at Pollock Pines, there was no electricity and the plows were still making their rounds. I was so worried about getting stuck in the snow! We Googled and found Riebes Napa Auto Parts. There was a lady and a man, I think it might have been a Mom and son. They helped us out a lot. Found the right size of chains and even directed us towards a place where it was safe to sled and an entire field of untouched snow!!!!!! Our kids were so happy and so were we!!!

I had a very good experience. The assistant manager went above and beyond to assist me which was deeply appreciated.

Hubby lost gas cap off 53 Chevy Pickup. After fitting and returning caps from 3 different stores.....I thought lets try Napa. Counter Lady measured what I had.....listened to what I needed and found the cap that fits correctly. Nice to know that the computer is only as good as the person running it.....

I always thought a lot of this place BUT this was my 3rd trip to pick up a special order and it wasnt there again. To be fair --- I dont know if Im giving them the proper rating because it is my friend that told me the part was in each time. My friend said that told him it was there. I informed them that I will pick it up after hearing from them and not before. Maybe my friend didnt ask the proper questions.

This is a review of the machine shop at the NAPA Auto Parts Store in Citrus Heights. Bill pressed in bearings in brake drums for me. Great job! Its not easy finding machinists these days that will do a quality job. Bill is very knowledgeable and a great person to talk to.

It was very bad. Im a AAA member and i was told I was going to get a discount but never did instead I had another person yeld because I was holding up the line aka one person so I paid and left without a discount. The girl was new and didnt have a proper grip on how to run the register. Dont ever give bad reviews but today I was pushed to my limit!

Sunday 12/20/2020 My boyfriend made a purchase in store and then one of the items he had to return because the part was not needed. He went back in store and they processed the return and told me the funds would be back on my card on Wednesday since they did not have cash in the store which was fine because the purchase was originally paid by card anyways. My boyfriend came home to tell me the money would not be on my card until Wednesday which is 224.70. I called the store to ask someone if it would be Monday or Tuesday since I do have over a decade of retail management experience for big box stores and typically on a Sunday the funds are deposited Monday or sometimes Tuesday depending on who you bank with. I spoke to Mark (which I had to get his name when I was transferred to a manager because he wouldn t tell me his name) Maybe Mark was having a bad day or is dealing with some personal life issues because he was really rude on the phone and was cutting me off when I was trying to talk to him about the transaction. I personally as a manager deal with customer service calls on a daily basis so I know how to handle customer transaction calls and to be super friendly on the phone. I don t appreciate being cut off and dismissed as Mark treated me on the phone today. He transferred me to a manager and I did not ask for a manager I asked a few simple questions. As I was talking he transferred the phone on me to the manager. Monique picked up the phone and I was on the phone with her for only a few minutes. I asked her my question about the return on the card and she answered it. I also asked her who s name it was that I spoke to and she let me know it was Mark. Monique you are the example of an outstanding manager. keep up the great work! Mark I would advise that you learn how to speak to clients properly on the phone. Whatever your dealing with at work and/or your personal life does not need to be put on the next client you are speaking to on the phone. Thanks.
