Worst company ever he broke the first glass, refuses to answer the phone, will not keep me informed... highly upset with theses people.. they are highly unprofessional I wish I could give them 0 stars After being 5 HOURS with no communication I’m taking my business to some one else this guy shouldn’t be allowed to own a business and with the way he handles his customers I can’t imagine he dose good work

I made an appointment with John yesterday for them to come at 4 and replace my window I waited from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and called several times since and they won't return my phone calls. I am beyond unhappy with them for no call no show and wasting my time I could have had another glass company come out already which I am going to do now.
