Booked an appointment for a windshield replacement. They gave me a 2 hour window between 8am-10am. I woke up at 745am so I could be ready for them. Nobody ever showed up by 10am. I understand that things happen and people run late but there was zero communication. A simple phone call that said he was running behind would have been nice. So I canceled my appointment. When I called to cancel the guy said they're probably down the street. Clearly they weren't and he just didn't want me to cancel. Used another company with no issues.

You made a very bad stressful morning a lot easier and did an amazing job! You not only came to me but cleaned up all the glass from my car and my sons car seat. I will never go anywhere else!
