Quality Used Tires in Chico

My car had alerted me to a low tire pressure however it was 5:20pm. I knew I wouldn’t make it to Big O Tires (where I had purchased my tires from originally) as they were on the other side of town and closing. I went in to Quality Used and explained my situation. The staff was respectful and friendly despite me showing up at 5:26pm. They took off the tire and found the leak. As it was on the sidewall it was unrepairable. They topped it off with air and were able to get me out quickly and without charging me! Thank you Quality Used for the quality service you provided! Will recommend to all.

Went to get tires for my truck, I was there over an hour, when they finally finished my truck they brought it around and gave me the keys, the employee said it’s all done and I left. Five minutes later I’m looking at the tires that I just paid $350 for and I noticed one of my wheel caps was broken! So I went back the guy in the front desk looked at it, I asked him either get me a new cap or give me some money back and I’ll buy it myself. He opted for getting me a new cap. Five days later still no call and I doubt that they will do anything about it. Moral of the story, if you go there check the quality of the tires and check your wheels before you leave. Cause they don’t seem trustworthy.

I had to wait through the lunch rush, but worth the wait. Good prices for used tires that last. Bought 2 tires 5 months ago, was so satisfied i returned to get the other 2 tires. 4 tires installed for under $300, can’t beat that!

This shop truly has quality tires at a discount price. They also repair and rotate tires for free if they are purchased from the store. Great tire shop!
