My name is Andre Herrera, I have an 04 dodge ram 1500 that I had another shop install 2 remanufactured transmissions by a company called JASPER. Both units failed. I found TRC by word of mouth and met with the owner Ron, brought my truck in a week later, was repaired 2 weeks later, I just hit 500 miles today and also the price was better. I took my car here and they took it apart the first day so I couldn’t take it somewhere else and made me wait over a month before getting back. If you are doing guilds it’s probably fine but anything that actually takes skill like the transmission or something with the engine I do not recommend taking it here

I brought my Jeep with the NSG370 6-speed manual transmission. My first gear kept popping out violently. I ended up just driving the Jeep starting on 2nd gear for a few years. After talking to Ron, he recommended inspecting the transmission to see what was needed. The inspection revealed I needed a new 1st gear, a couple of syncros, new fork assembly, heavy duty clutch kit and a reverse gear. I just picked up the Jeep and the transmission now works perfectly! Good to know that I have some peace of mind now too with the rebuilt transmission warranty. Thanks Ron!

TRC saved my transmission after my Lexus dealership ruined it with an incomplete and careless transmission fluid exchange. TRC allowed me to keep my car (which I love) rather than having to buy a new one. Ron even called the next day after I had picked up my car to ask how it was running. No one has ever done that before. Totally "old school" ethics. Ron also took the time to review and prioritize other recommended repairs for my car. TRC also helped my daughter with her classic 1964 Gran Prix Pontiac. Very high quality work performance. Thank you TRC!
