C & M Transmissions in Cathedral City

Mark took my Jeep in today to see what my "supposedly" transmission leak was and within an hour called me back that he had assessed it was not a transmission issue at all. It was an oil leak issue which needed immediate attention. He gave me a referral to Dave at Jim Brangham Auto Repair who also took me in same day. Mark did not charge anything to complete his assessment and was very helpful with his referral to get my situation resolved quickly. While I did not need transmission service this time, I know where I will go if ever I need transmission service. I highly recommend to give this place the opportunity to assess your transmission situation first!

Mark is the man . He replaced my El Camino transmission and now it shifts like a new car with crisp solid shifts . Total confidence . Guy will steer you right . You can tell he’s not into screwing anyone over like a lot of places.

They rebuild my transmission a year ago and I broke down in Flagstaff Arizona. They honored their businesses warranty to be fixed to get us home. We had the most stressful vacation trip ever but C & M Came through. It’s hard to find businesses with this type of integrity. I’m a customer for life.

Saved me a lot of money by recommending NOT to drain and refill a 1999 4 runner with 234k miles that had never had any transmission maintenance. Can't get more honest than that.

He is one of the best transmission repairs in the valley. We would have our Police Vehicles and firetrucks transmission rebuild only from them , trust on quality work that they do. I even taking my personal vehicles to Mark he a man with respect and honor.

C&M Transmissions in Cathedral City is the best automotive company I've ever been to! The guy, I think his name is Mark, explained everything to me realistically. I don't know nothing about vehicles other than how to drive them (lol). The way he explained the transmission condition my car, I felt comfortable and did not feel he was charging more than I need to pay for the service. I will definitely go there in the future and recommend this company! 👌

Transmission light illuminated on my mother's Cadillac. Dealership charged $300 to analyze the issue and provided a $3k quote for repair. C & M reviewed at no cost and concluded that the repairs would just be a bandage and not really worth it compaired to the current car value. Recommended she keep on driving as is. I really appreciate the integrity displayed. Awesome business principles!
