Brief descriptions of work we perform 1. Prepares tires for installation; mounts and demounts tires on rims and vehicles; and fills tires to the proper air pressure. 2. Inspects and tests tires to ensure conformance to standards. 3. Examines and probes damaged, defective, or flat tires to determine the extent of damage and the feasibility of repair; and recommends the disposal of non-repairable tires. 4. Repairs tube and tubeless tires by puncturing blisters, applying patches, replacing treads, removing nails, changing tubes, installing boots, etc. 5. Road tests vehicles after repairs are completed. 6. Aligns and balances wheels and tire assemblies to minimize wear on tires; and rotates wheels at prescribed mileage intervals.

This has been by far the worse service ever! I needed to replace two wheels and two tires. I chose a small business because I prefer to support them rather than big companies. I was given an estimated time frame of 3-5 days. I ordered them on a Monday. My order did not come in till the following Tuesday, but only because I stopped by and called Friday, Saturday and also Tuesday. I asked is there was anything they could do to compensate me and my time and they said all they could do was give me $5 off. They also said it was not their fault that I needed new wheels. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. Their sense of customer service does not exist! Please find a new place and don’t stop here.
No one had my odd sizing, but Castroville tire did! Took care of me, was a busy day but they were quick and professional. Thanks guys !
Awesome service, Miguel is incredibly fast and reliable. He makes me feel my car is safe to drive along with my children. We are happy to come for our tire needs and know each time we will receive and immaculate job.
Hadn't realized that the tires on a car not frequently driven were over ten years old. I needed a new set. I bought a very very reasonably priced set (I checked) and they were put on within 40 minutes. It took a little extra time because the special lock lug nuts fractured, they were so old. Not a problem. They handled this set back professionally and did not charge extra, which would normally be the case. I've dealt with Castroville Tire several time now and they are excellent. Very easy to work with and honest.
Great experience and the owner is a very knowledgeable tire expert and an excellent human being overall. The employee Miguel can speak both english and Spanish which helped other customers understand what they were purchasing and is also a very nice person. Great experience at the small business Castroville Tire!
These guys got me in immediately. Provided a reasonable price for a set of Mud and Snow tires $297 less than Costco. Two employees worked on my car and had me out within an Hour !!! We highly recommend this place.
Balding tire on my trailer. I called around and just so happened to find these guys. I pulled in and had the tire swapped out in less than 10 mins. Super fast, really kind. Couldn't be any happier cause everything worked out so fast!
