NAPA Auto Parts - Castroville Auto & Truck Parts in Castroville

I am disappointed with the customer service I received at NAPA Auto Parts. I had always believed it to be a reputable store for automotive needs. A few days ago, I purchased a compression tester, which unfortunately turned out to be defective. I returned to the store today with the defective item and proof of purchase, only to be refused a refund, despite explaining the issue. I would advise others to consider alternative options to avoid a similar experience. Avoid the headache and go to Autozone or Oreillys instead.

When I buy oil for my car, the worker there is really nice, and very helpful..

Had to buy necessary items for my truck, glad they were there. Very small store but has many products.

This place is the bomb, they had almost everything I needed in 14 & 12 gage auto electrical wire different colors.

Greg Stefani the manager there was very unhelpful. I had my truck delivered there diagnosed by him for which I paid $120. I ordered the part needed based on his diagnosis. He asked me when I would pick up my truck which was undrivable. I asked him if he could make the repairs. He quoted me for the work but mentioned I had to order my own parts. This is a Napa auto parts mechanic.... I ordered the part I took it to him. He then said he didn't want to do the job, and to get my truck out of his shop. Untold him the truck is undrivable, he said it runs and everything just the work the he said needed done. I got a ride out to his shop and drove the truck across the street to the gas station because somehow the gas disappears whenever you take it to a mechanic. And am now waiting for a tow truck across the street although he said it would make it home and that it was drivable. This is why Greg Stefani is a liar and a thief. So if anyonenis in the mood to get ripped off and lied to then I do highly recommend Greg Stefani at Napa in Castroville. If your looking for bad service, and lies at a high price he's your man.

The store is awesome they've always had what I needed when I needed it and the owner is a really considerate guy He genuinely cares about helping his customers and I will be bringing more of my business to them in the future

These guys are an establishment. Greg has serviced our rigs for over 12 years. We highly recommend this place.
