I have gone to Castro Valley Tires pros a couple of times since having moved to Castro Valley. After reading all of the other reviews about this place, I decided to give it a go— I’m glad I did! Everyone was friendly, patient with questions, and the work done on my car (a tire patching, new tire replacement, wheel alignment) has always been top quality. I’m so glad I’ve found this place, and I hope you’ll be glad too!

These guys are pure customer service. Always polite and honest with very efficient workers that take care of your car needs and get you back on the road in no time because they know everyone has a busy life. 4 wheels down and rolling every time! Thanks guys!!!

Eric, the service writer, did a fantastic job. He ordered my tire, scheduled my appointment and called the day before to remind me of the appointment. The work was done quickly with minimal wait time. Eric, Beto and Francisco were all so courteous and caring. I recently found my right rear tire deflated when I attempted to charge my vehicle (at home) for the next day’s Dr visit. Fortunately, I was able to reach Castro Valley Tire Pros mobile tire service before the close of business. We were able to schedule mobile repair for 9am the following day. The repair included patching the tire, while allowing me to make my 10:30am Dr. appointment on time. The service was excellent, efficient and cost effective at the fraction of the cost to tow my car to the shop and getting a new tire to install. Kudos, CV Tire Pros!

Great customer service and knowledgeable technicians that explained what and why repairs needed to be made. Home town based business so want to support them as much as possible. Competitively priced over some of national franchise tire companies. Beto and Eric did great job.

All employees were courteous. Since my arrival there, I was addressed in a timely manner, I was asked reasons for being there. I was explained in clear statements what I should do, what the possibilities are. About the suggestions they made, I was allowed to make the decisions and I was told an accurate time frame of the work to be needed. All in all, a very pleasant experience today.

Castro Valley Tire Pros always do a great job of taking care of our 3 cars for maintenance and tires. They are reasonably priced & provide quality work. Would recommend them to anyone looking for car maintenance or tires.

Fabulous experience with dropping off my car for an oil change today. Made an appointment online and showed up and they started my car right away. Informed me of what they were doing along the way. They were right on time finishing and for a great fair price too! Couldn’t be more happy!
