While out of state last summer my A/C went out. I got a replacement compressor because NAPA provided one of the best warranty’s offered. Unfortunately the compressor gave out going through Arizona. After getting back I had a mechanic check it and he determined it was faulty. I contacted Eric at the Carson location. He told me he would have a replacement the next morning. I got there first thing and had everything ready. He was courteous and professional. I appreciate his assistance and would recommend them! Thank you Eric!

Very nice place to go to very professional people very well trained in the automotive feel like you've been five stars I would go back again and again, prices are lower than AutoZone are O'Reilly's Auto parts, good work Napa from a retired automotive service manager.

1st of all I used to be a huge Napa supporting customer but today's experience changesd that. I purchased an 02 sensor last week and when I went to install it was completely wrong. I returned today to exchange it and it had to be brought from another store so I went to run some errands and when I came backthe price went up another $115! That's at least $40 more expensive than one of the big box stores with teenagers working but I was so done and it being the 3rd time there for the same part I just wanted to get out of there.. But I'm gonna get my money's worth in this review. I expected more from grown folks which is why I usually go to Napa but I'm just gonna take the savings from now on. There is no point in paying more for such terrible service.

Awesome place for your hard to get parts and modern parts of course... very knowledgeable and helpful old school auto parts the way it should... for me it's my one stop shop, I've been coming here for about 20 years and would recommend this auto parts to everyone

Points for being the most run down auto parts store I've ever visited. This place looks like it has sold tons of parts over the years. I didn't find the part I needed as I never really had anyone help me. I was in the area and Googled auto parts near me and this Napa location popped up. I entered the building. There are 3 guys behind the counter and all 3 are on the phone with customers and one guy behind a smaller counter, window type area. I wait several minutes with no one asking if I need help then one of the guys on the phone tells me to ask the guy behind the smaller counter to help me. I ask the guy behind the smaller counter for a specific part. He tells me to go back to the bigger counter. I'm not interested in being bounced back and forth. This location obviously is understaffed. The only customers in the building were me and one other guy and no one was available to help. I'd really hate to be at this location when it was actually busy. I've never understood why people at a retail counter would work the phones. This may be a phone order only location, not sure. Go to any other Napa.

Friendly and helpful stuff. We phoned many places and could not get the right size wire/chain for my car. Bingo! They managed it. Thank you for being helpful! Would recommend this place to everyone

I've been coming to this store for parts over the past several years. I've always received good customer service, answers to my questions and the right parts for my automobile.
