Jiffy Lube in Carmichael

This jiffy is a joke $140 for a oil change with 33 $ coupon never come back here again They are running some kind of scam you can go to your local dealership and pay less for genuine parts. Jiffy lube also upsell their cabin filters and air filters thats made in china and they want to charge full price for that even when the filters are not that dirty ... Ill never go back there unless they change their prices.. A favorite people stay away from this place is there passing a lot of is there expense on the consumer

Not only are they great at the regular maintenance like oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotation, but they have seriously good, honest mechanics!!! All of the maintenance that Subaru requires can be done here at a fraction of the cost and I trust them so much more than the dealership! I am getting my spark plugs changed and will continue to get my maintenance done here because they understand cars and have old school integrity.

Had a great experience today. The manager answered my questions in advance of service and made sure they had the right specific oil for my car. They checked in with me throughout the process and did a full diagnostic on the vehicle. All was done in a timely manner and I left very happy that i went to Jiffy Lube.

Absolutely beautiful and hardly any people, the hostile house is aamazing , so many things that is breathtaking definitely a therapeutic destination!!! I recommend to anyone who wants to get away from it all!

In town for a bit and was able to get oil changes in less than 60 minutes. Also followed their suggestion to replace air filters, for a reasonable price. All said, bill totaled around $220 for oil filter, 8 quarts of synthetic, and air filter changes. Fair price for my vehicle. Would use again.

I honestly only went to have them put air in my tires because I ve never been shown how to do it and honestly I m stoked I went. The people working there were really sweet and fun and the all around customer service was just awesome.

Quick oil change. Was expecting to get upsold on many items. Instead, they go through the list, you say yes or no. Top off my coolant for $5? (sure) Replace my indicator light for $10 (sure). Replace my back wiper for $20 (pass, but I know I need it). This Jiffy Lube has conscientious techs who give great service.

They did a good job on oil change But one thing I m not happy with is that I asked them to do vehicle inspection for Uber and Lyft and they told me $24.99 but at the end without me knowing they added one more paper adding Lyft to it, instead of just that one regular vehicle inspection paper, therefore they charged me $50 instead of $25 and that s not even required for Lyft to have there name on it, all Uber and Lyft wants is a vehicle inspection report without having either name mentioned on the paper and I just uploaded the regular paper of inspection for both Lyft and Uber and yet it s accepted by Lyft and Uber. So it s not required to have two separate inspection reports and yet being charged for it double for the same inspection just for that one more extra page which is not even required. Hopefully they consider that and not do it with anybody else. Thanks

Great, friendly staff with integrity. Dont get a brake fluid flush if you have a late model vehicle- they cant do the ABS procedure. But after a failure at that operation they had (business) integrity anyway, so Ill continue to bring my vehicle there for oil changes, brake pads and air filters; as I have for five years since moving to Carmichael.

Was in and out in 20 mins. Everyone was kind and professional. Highly recommend.

Great experience with all of the staff at the Fair Oaks location. They were efficient and clearly communicated everything that needed to be done to my car. They went the extra mile in my eyes and didnt try to get one over on me. Instead of just saying things they recommend to do to my vehicle, they showed me what needed to be done. Their oil change service is fairly thorough and alerted me to an issue I wasnt yet aware of, but they under inflated my tires. 35 psi is recommended for my vehicle, they inflated to 30 which probably meant deflating instead.

I tell everyone I consult with how amazed I am by the processes that jiffy lube has put in place to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction theyre most recent innovation predicting when my car would need to be serviced and reminding me via email is quite appreciated

My wife went in for an oil change and the technician tried to send her home with a window that didnt work. The technicians rolled down the window and it wouldnt roll back up. They changed my wife for the oil change and tried to send her on her way. Without telling her about the window, luckily she checked it before leaving and questioned them about it. They then made a feeble attempt to get the window working. My wife ended up leaving because she felt rushed out of there and not helped.

This is my go to Jiffy Lube. I go there all the time. They are very friendly and get the work done in a timely manner. I appreciate them.

I always come back here because they always do a very thorough and professional job at overviewing my car. They provide me with the full details of my car s condition and never pressure me for extra work although they offer, I have used some of their extra services, besides an oil change. I just really appreciate their professionalism, and how extensively they care for my car and offer me options to give my car better care. I think they re a great team, I will always come back here. Also, they are fast and efficient. It s the best place I ve gone to for an oil change.

Came in for an oil change and to have my brakes check because I have been hearing a grinding noise coming from my passenger wheel when braking. After inspection on my vehicle they ran through all of the information about my vehicle with me, during this process the employee went through everything very very quickly and didn t really give me a chance to interject to ask questions. One of the things that caught my attention though was that they told me that my horn was fully operational (my horn hasn t worked in my car for almost 2 whole years) so immediately after hearing that I was a little bit skeptical on how closely they were paying attention. After that he informed me that my break pads were getting a bit low but not so low that they needed immediate attention just yet. After I told him again that I have been hearing a grinding noise they said it may be due to another problem that they aren t seeing. After leaving having the oil changed and one of the cabin air filters I was a little confused on what may be making this noise I decided to stop by a Less Schwab for a second opinion. After checking in my car it took them less than 10 minutes to tell me that my brake on the passenger side was so worn down that the metal was grinding into the wheel drum which was causing that scraping noise which I needed to have not only the brake pad replaced but the entire drum on that wheel as well. I ve never had a problem with Jiffy Lube before but this was my first experience at the specific location and they seemed a bit less knowledgeable than other locations. I will probably not return to this location. The staff all seemed nice and did not seem to be intentionally trying to pull one over on me and they did mention they were extremely shorthanded but this was a huge miss on their behalf.

The staff at the Fair Oaks BLVD location are friendly, honest, and perform at a high level. I have been taking my three vehicle there for everything from oil changes, brakes, and spark plug changes. Wayne goes out of his way to take care of my vehicles and make my wife and I feel valued. Thanks guys!

I made an appointment to have my belts redone along with oil change, tire rotation. While rotating the tires they found a nail i was not aware of so they patched it. I had to replace the tension pully so waiting for the part took a little extra time. Everyone was very nice and when it came to checkout they found me some coupons. The person helping me offered to carry the heavy box I had and showed me to my car. We are getting ready for a big trip so finding the nail in my tire etc is very important. I am confident my car is healthy and ready to go!

This location is pretty good. I had a leak in my radiator and it had to be replaced. They took good care of me and my SUV. These guys all worked together well past closing time to try and fix my car. (7/23/22) Place us still doing a wonderful job

I needed a head light replaced for my Toyota. I called the store on Northgate to make sure they had it in stock. When I called I was told that they did not perform that service and that I needed to call the store in Carmichael. I did and Thomas was happy and so helpful to me. I was able to get my light replaced in no time at all. I am great full for the amazing help and service I received.

Told me the wheel light wasnt on when it was. Then even after i told jose that i knew my tires were low they still lied about checking them.

I only go to this location because they provide great service and have female employees! Never had any issues when I ve gone here (compared to other Jiffy Lube locations) The new manager is outstanding, she makes sure you receive the best customer service.

All I wanted was a quick top off which only takes 5 minutes. The other jiffy lubes just do it while Im in line and Im gone in a few minutes. This one had me waiting almost 30 minutes.

I have come to them for lots of different routine maintenance: serpentine belt replacement, break fluid flush, light bulbs and all of my oil changes. I find their staff to be professional and attentive to everyone they encounter and they deserve a 5 star rating for that alone. I have noticed the same great staff there for years and good new hires on my recent visit today. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube.

Ive had my vehicles serviced at all types of shops but I have never had such an experience as I did today. The crew worked as a team, check my car from top to bottom, didnt pressure me to add on things I didnt need and all of the crew were very knowledgeable and explained things to me and made sense. I immediately went home and sent my daughter down to have hers serviced. Please thank them all for me and I will return with all my vehicles as they need repairs and service. John

Only go to this location if the ladies are working, Ive never had a problem with them. Had a coupon for 15 dollars off of oil change. Tech stated theres one online for 20 dollars off. I pulled it up and gave the tech the code. After oil change was completed and I gave my payment, he came back and stated that he forgot the coupon and charged me full price. He then stated there was nothing he could do and gave me a 20 dollar off coupon for next visit. It expired in less than 30 days (not very useful). Just a very off putting experience dont think I will be back.
