Got a battery for a mazda miate 1993. Super nice
New guys on the block but they’ve got a great inventory base built and quick access to the local hub if they don’t have it.
Went into the store today because both O'REILLY and Autozone didn't have what I needed. The manager Don was super cool, took his time and made sure we got everything we needed to complete the tune-up on my Corolla. I'll definitely be back to this location for their optimal service!!
Super friendly staff. If you’re looking for something they just don’t point and say over there. They actually walk over and show you where it is and give you some pointers as well. Oh, staff is highly educated on auto parts and can make great recommendations.
I really had a great experience with Nick and I am greatly appreciated with his service. I will be telling other people to see him personally on your cars he makes sure I left satisfied and bought more stuff due to his creativity.this gentleman deserves a raise I will be back for any other help with my vehicles.
I stopped by to buy some replacement headlight bulbs for my Honda Civic and Travis was very helpful here. He showed me the different options I have and did a great job explaining the differences. Great customer service and I would highly recommend this place to anyone else!
Willy really went above and beyond to help my boyfriend and I with our truck. We are new to town and really needed help and Willy did everything he could to make sure we walked away happy. He is an amazing person for what he did and we don't know what we would have done if he hadn't stepped up like that. Lovely, organized store! Right down the street from my house and haven't been turned away with a single question. The Employees there are lovely and enjoy joking around from time to time. Very professional napa for how new it is. When in need of ordering a part it's immediately ordered, within the next hour it's at the store. When not able to be had at the store they have it for me within the next few business days. Definitely a place I enjoy having in my neighborhood. Can't wait to see there business grow! Nick and the other guy. Couldnt get his name. Passive aggressive racism walked in. They both looked at me and continued to have a personal conversation. The other worker of Asian descent had to say customer four times for them to focus. Bad business...I was ready to buy brakes, roters, mats etc...upwards of a thousand dollars. Smh...go to AutoZone do not spend your money here.
Needed a difficult hard to find BMW part. Counter worker looked diligently to fine my part. He did his best, Thank you.

So I went into this new location to get some oil I waited untill the employees were dun talking amongst themselves asked the young man at the counter for some oil he then asks me my year and make of my vehicle and then told me what oil the computer recommend for my vehicle I kinda waited for him to come around the desk to help me locate the oil but nope he stayed behind the counter so I went to the oil isle to look for my oil he then yells from behind the counter that I want conventional not synthetic I said ok thank you and then looked for the oil my self let me not forget to tell u that there were 3 workers and I was the only customer in the store so I stood back and continue to look for my oil but as I was looking for my oil I realized shouldnt he be back here helping me look for my oil then I remembered thats why I go to OReilly and not AutoZone but this Napa is so close to my home that I thought it would be great to have a close location but never mind back to OReillys disappointed in your customer service napa.
They don t offer the service of checking your check engine light. They don t loan tools. They have a good inventory of parts and supplies. They give a discount for AAA members. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I wish they would offer what all the other autopart supply shops in town. It s a little hard to find. The address is misleading because the storefront faces Walnut. From Marconi travel north on Walnut (towards Winding Way/Madison Ave direction) 500 feet ish then turn left into parking lot.
Excellent service. Helpful staff. No way to get a discount which would be nice. High quality oe style parts.
