I highly recommend Fuad and Cedric at the Fix Station if you have a broken smart phone or iPad! My son and his best friend got in a tug-of-war over an iPad and the iPad ended up having a broken LCD screen. This is a deeper problem than just a crack in the glass and we didn t think it would be repairable. It was a $700 iPad. We brought it to the fix-it station and in 45 minutes they had replaced both the LCD screen and the glass perfectly. The cost was $250, so this saved us a lot of money. We are so grateful we found the Fix Station!

Our Samsung S24 Ultra, which at the time was only 5 months old, was dropped and the screen cracked. When the phone was purchased, I had also bought a kit with 2 screen protectors for this phone, but apparently never installed one. Sure enough, the only phone in the house that has no screen protection drops and cracks. My fault! Found this repair shop via internet search and the guy there (didnt get his name) warned us that it would be expensive. Those replacement screens (not just glass but a whole assembly that looks like half a phone) sell on Amazon/ ebay between $150 and $350. He told us that the product that he uses is from the OEM that also supplies Samsung. Indeed, it looked and felt identical to the original. In total we paid $389 for the repair, which is a lot of money, but the phone cost $1000 and the hardware he used retails likely over $200 (I dont think he buys a $350 screen). The repair was done last week and its holding up very well. To our knowledge/ observation, the screen has the same contrast/ brightness/ resolution as before. I did install the screen protector since then. The entire repair took him about 20 minutes -- we went for a walk and suddenly got a text that its done. I hope not to have too many further needs for phone repairs (this was my first time), but if the situation requires it, I will go back to this place Fix Station.

This was the last stop of my day. I was tired and annoyed that I had to replace my screen. However...when I got into the fix station not only did he fix my phone with promptness he actually made my day brighter by being super nice. I highly recommend this place!

12/1/2024: An update to my previous review: I purchased an IPhone 12 Pro on EBay back in July and ASSUMED it was unlocked and ready to use. Not so!! What I didn t know is eBay has a 90 day return policy and even if you cannot negotiate with the seller to get a refund, you re pretty much screwed! When I opened it five months later, I found out the phone was locked and had a passcode. I took it to fix station and Freddo once again was able to unlock and erase the phone. Everyone should take a broken, damaged or otherwise unusable phone to Freddo. He also specializes in resale of iPhones. He is such a wonderful person! 2023: Freddo was our IPhone lifesaver!! My granddaughter had an ebike collision and destroyed her IPhone 7 glass, even with the screen saver/protector in place. I thought, no way-need to buy another iPhone. In 20 minutes, glass was replaced, phone looked like brand new. I was given a 2 month warranty as well, in case the IPhone had any glitches. I ve had a locked iPhone 8 sitting in a drawer for 4 years, DISABLED. Senior citizen that I am, I could not remember my passcode, never connected it to my ITunes or Apple ID, until FREDDO! I gave Freddo the iphone, and he charged me $20.00 to restore the iPhone to factory settings (took the iPhone home to fix) I cannot say enough about this guy!!

I had two phones fixed on the same day it was very expensive over $600 to fix both of them with cracked screens and he charged extra for the screen protector which failed Within the first week I called to see if I could come back and they would replace the screen protector and they said they could not do it for free thered be a charge very disappointed in their workmanship and the fact they dont stand behind their work

Ive brought multiple devices here over the past few years, I have a screen most places dont keep on hand, everytime he has had my screen! Fix time is very fast usually only 30-40 min wait time. The one time it was longer than this I was comped a screen protector without even having to ask. Customer service is fantastic. Only place I will go!

My screen protector was thrashed, but I had never replaced one before. That was about as easy as I could ve hoped so I m glad I happened to see this kiosk while walking through the mall.

I am 80 years old. I needed help on how to deal with security threats which I had a lot of. The gentleman explained what was happening and got rid of the threats. Just got my back glass replaced on my iPhone. Quick, professional, and quality job.

I brought my Google Pixel 6a here to have the damaged screen replaced. A while after I got it back, I realized the screen-based fingerprint reader didnt work well. It worked maybe 25% of the time. I called and was told that I should have requested that the fingerprint reader also be replaced as well as the screen. What!? How would I know to do that? He offered to replace the reader at additional cost. I spent a lot of time and effort researching this and learned that the Google OEM screen comes with a fingerprint reader. In other words, a standard repair with an OEM part would replace both screen and reader. Not only did I not get a standard repair, but I unknowingly did not get an OEM part! And without question, the reader failure was not my fault. Knowing this, I went back and after cooler heads prevailed he offered to order and replace my screen and reader with the OEM part (would be my 3rd visit). It turns out that reusing the reader as he did requires a recalibration which I was able to get for free at a google-authorized repair center (Asurion). That fixed the reader. I then learned that Asurion would have done the repair properly with an OEM part for much less than I paid here! I cant overstate how unacceptable it is to blame the customer as was done, and especially given their business practices. Buyer beware. I will not be returning for the OEM part. It works now and its not worth risking them opening it up again.

The owner is friendly and had good customer service. I cracked my screen on my apple 10s and I was unable to use my phone. He was able to fix it quickly and is very knowledgeable. I even texted the phone number posted and he responded and answered a question I had. I also, purchased a super cute phone case from them and it s be really good quality.

VERY OVERPRICED FOR SCREEN REPAIR AND CASES! DO NOT GO HERE! Offered to charge $395 for a replacement screen on my 22 Ultra. When Best Buy will do it for only $230 with OEM parts. I understand that he needs to make money too but does he need to make that much??? Also charges $35 for a Otterbox knock off case (most likely gets them for $5) when you can get an actual Otterbox for $29.95 on Amazon or at target/Best Buy with price matching guaranteed...And to top it off the dude doesnt know his products. Tried to convince me that the S22 ultra and S23 Ultra are different sized phones LOL (The 23 is way bigger he said CLOWN) theyre both 6.8 in screens. Just a different chip and a 200 meg camera separate the to. Do yourself a favor and check pricing elsewhere and dont fall into the trap of all the good ratings from customers that didnt do their homework.

Terrible, downright terrible. Ive never been one to crack my phone but after years of wear and tear there were many scratches on my phone. Got my screen fixed. Immediately after I noticed my face id wasnt working. They refused to do anything about it claiming it wasnt them. Within 24 hours, a huge crack had formed straight down the middle of the screen, without any drops. Despite a warranty coming with the repair, they refused to replace the screen. Also very overpriced, next time Im going directly to Apple.

Absolutely best service you could ask for with phone repair. Ive taken at least 5 or 6 devices to them and each time they were able to repair them immediately- had parts on hand ready to go. I have insurance on all my phones and have repeatedly opted instead to come to this location and pay (the very reasonable fee they ask) for a repair vs going on a wild goose chase around San jose to get the insurance covered repair. The amount of time Ive saved by not going over the hill and dealing with questionable service has been hugely beneficial and its a great feeling to walk right out of the local mall with a working device. I was happy with how quick and easy it was for them to replace my iPhone 8 screen. The cost was close to $100 but seemed well worth it. I came back a week or so later because my screen had broken again and they gave me a discount on replacing the screen the second time. They didn t have to do that and it was very well received and appreciated. Definitely recommend

This business is literally the best for repairs, for finding phone cases and screen protectors, for answering your questions about anything related to mobile phones. They are so good at what they do. I came to the kiosk with a phone that I could not get my SIM card out of because the SIM tray was stuck. It required disassembling the entire phone, but he got the tray out, and was able to show me why it was stuck in the first place. Phone reassembled and good as new. Total time: ten minutes. Amazing!

My apple XS went on the blink yesterday, so I went to apple and they tried to sell me a new phone and then I went to sprint and they tried to get me to pay off the busted phone and pay for an effin upgrade and then I went to Fix Station. I was helped by Zeus who spent hrs with me trying to figure out what the eff was going on. Literally hours. I was ready to give up but he kept trying... I almost had to rip the phone from him when... the phone started to power up... I thought I was going to cry. This literally saved me hundreds of dollars which, in my slow season of work, I just dont have. Great service and good at what they do. Highly recommend this place if you need your phone served. Plus Zeus was lovely to chat with as I waited for hrs:)
