Ordered a part for a customer. Got the part much faster than other Toyota sites. Still would've like a call or an email saying the part was ready. Never got one. Keep working on that 5th star guys. Sometimes it's as simple as picking up a phone.
Stop by Santa Cruz Toyota services on a Saturday to get my windshield fluid topped off. I didn't have an appointment but they squeezed me in and got it taken care of and I was on my way within a few minutes. Highly recommend Santa Cruz Toyota.
I asked for a price for labor, and they literally said they could not give it to me. I went back and tried to get it before the service was performed, and they still didn't give it to me. when I left with my service complete they still didn't give it to me, and gave me only an over priced list of materials for the car. I literally payed $667.00 for an oil change and rotation of tires. These guys are terrible, proceed with caution and ask for a labor bid and see what happens.
This shop has not only abandoned the ‘over and above’ concept of customer service... they have perfected ‘under and below’ expectations for service. The smallest question is $175 to diagnose and good luck from there. Every dealer will wash the outside of the car by default after service - not Toyota Santa Cruz. If you are covered under warranty, you are stuck with them. But don’t spend your money with them for anything else.

Good service and it's wonderful having them provide the free shuttle. it's also really nice to have your own service coordinator assigned to your case so that things can be explained well to you. However, they take longer to do service than some other places because they're trying to work on a lot of cars at once to get the most financial gain from their service center. For example, an oil change can take a number of hours
I've had nothing but excellent service here. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because I just recently bought my 4Runner and I haven't had any real issues with it, so I can't say for certain how they'd do with anything other than regular maintenance. Every service tech I've met has been incredibly friendly and helpful, and they even WAS YOUR CAR if you ask. One of the few places that don't talk to you like an idiot when they realize you're a female.
First time I went there for scheduled maintenance on my spouse's car. The customer service office is a small open-style compartment in the garage right next to the cars waiting in line. Kind of cold and impersonal. I found the service person more interested into making some money and speeding up than taking the time to explain everything in English terms I can understand. Ocean Honda is doing a much better job for my own car..
