Just say no to the Toyota Care Plus scam. They make tons of promises like a car wash and shuttle service that they don't provide. An oil change takes most of the day and is so inconvenient if you don't live close by.

Toyota Santa Cruz was the dealership that Costco associates with for new car sales. I got a good deal without a mark up. I told them what car I wanted and one came in way ahead of time from what they told me. I worked with Bob to initiate the paperwork prior to it arriving. Once in, I had to complete the paperwork. Bob assisted me in setting up my account with Toyota using the car's smart screen and Alexis from Toyota assisted us. We got past the few glitches we ran into and my account was active. I was handed the keys. Driving the car home felt similar to the 2012 Camry I have now. I'll be learning about the car for weeks to come and hope to have it for years and years.

Customer service was not the best. The parts representative seemed annoyed and irritated by simple questions I asked. Definitely was snappy and rude. Prices seem extremely high. Overall not the biggest fan of my experience at my hometown toyota.

Way to expensive. Just to check my fluids , rotate my tires and get a new battery, cost over $800.00. Next time I will go somewhere more reasonable.

Richard and Robert were very helpful and informative without being too pushy. We had a pleasant experience buying our car and feel like we got a fair deal. Additionally, after the deal was made, Richard bent over backwards to give us personal tutorials on how to access all of the technical and media features of our new RAV 4 Hybrid! Eventually we're going to need to replace our second vehicle and it's pretty likely we'll be coming back.

toyota santa cruz is the worst I will always drive over the hill. they made me wait 4 hours for a scheduled oil change

Went to charge my Rav4 Prime at their charge point charger. The station kept saying "not authorized to use," which hasn't happened at any other charger for me. Tried 5 times or so with no luck in this weather was quite a letdown.

I'm giving 1 star because there's nothing lower. Took my car in yesterday for oil change. It's been 24 hours and still don't have it back . Last time they lost my car for 4 days claiming I had already picked it up. Have bought several car from Toyota of s.c. but this one is the last.
