About a month after I purchased my 2010 Mazda MX-5 6 speed it started to very occasionally pop out of 3rd and 4th gear. Then it became more frequent. Eventually when it came time to replace the clutch I decided that I minuswell have the transmission worked on too. Will was extremely helpful and communicated thoroughly during the entire process of fixing my transmission. He even fixed it for a couple hundred dollars less then then initial quote! Even though he said he was not familiar with my transmission, he spent plenty of time taking it apart and studying it untill he could successfully identify the problem. A true professional! Let it be known I only made 2 phone calls. I have a 5-speed manual AWD transmission that I'd like to rebuild. First call went fine enough. I was declined service because my transmission is Mitsubishi AWD and part are hard to find. I get that. I called back and got a second agent, who must of had a bad day or something; I received a sour not so caring dude on the other end. I brought up my trans and he said "yeah we don't do those". Which I replied ", but what if I bring the parts? ". He only responded with "we do front wheel transmissions and not all wheel on Mitsubishis." followed by him hanging up.
