Roberto is the most knowledgeable tow truck driver I have ever encountered. I would recommend him to everyone. He is gracious and honest. Dick’s towing has some of the best tow truck drivers in the business. I want to give a big shout out to Roberto Garcia, and Dick’s towing.

Very lucky to have Roberto Garcia as the tow operator that arrived to tow my very dead Tesla. He was very knowledgeable about the process of loading the vehicle and walked me thru the process beforehand so I felt comfortable. Not only is he a skilled operator, but he’s a very likable guy who provided a good deal of useful information, and entertainment. He’s clearly a problem solver who takes pride in his work. 👍👏

I got into an accident on the freeway and Roberto was dispatched to tow my car. He was extremely professional and helpful. I was a bit shaken up from the wreck and Roberto took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was ok, I’m truly thankful for his help. He went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible and made sure I had all the information I needed. Very thankful for everything he did.

Our car got stuck in soft dirt surface with an awkward angle. Luckily we had Heath Condie came to rescue. He is very experienced and friendly. It’s a quite hard situation because the surface is so soft and the car is tilted a lot. He had to pull the front and rear wheels separately from different angles. He managed to get our car out within half an hour. Very impressed on the efficiency and professionalism.

Michael V. was awesome in helping me with my tire that got damaged via a pothole on the N101 Tennant exit. Explained everything to me re: speed limit on the spare, total miles, etc. Really appreciate his help and great customer service.

Got a flat on New Year’s Eve but Steve Spaulding Made the process so seamless. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and made the ride to the tire shop easy! God bless!

I cannot stress enough how amazing Roberto Garcia was to me. My morning was starting good until my car suddenly shut off on my way to work. I called AAA but they didn’t have any available at the time and so I decided to search nearby tow trucks and thankfully I found Dick’s Community Towing and Transport and all I can say is that they are the most helpful and sweetest company I’ve ever met. Roberto even referred me to a trusted mechanic that wouldn’t break my bank compared to the original one I had chosen. If you are ever in a rut and don’t know who to call, these guys are the ones to call. I’d give them more stars if I could. :)

Roberto Garcia has been awesome. He is highly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He exudes an air of confidence when he first arrived at our house to tow the Tesla out of the garage. He knew exactly what to do and how to maneuver the car safely and efficiently on to the tow truck. He went above and beyond his job when he walked me inside the Tesla service center and get me connected with a representative before leaving. I will give him 10 stars if I can. Highly recommended.
