When I received the notification that the two tires I ordered had arrived, I called the shop to arrange for installation. I spoke with Jasper, who informed me that the schedule was full that day and suggested having them installed the next day. I explained that I had plans the following day and would greatly appreciate having the work done today, if possible. Jasper kindly suggested I bring my car to the shop, and he would do his best to squeeze it into the busy schedule—though he couldn't make any guarantees. He promised that if he couldn't get it done today, the job would be prioritized first thing in the morning. To my delight, Jasper called later that same day to let me know my car was ready! I was thrilled by his dedication and effort to accommodate my request. Not only that, Jasper went above and beyond by double-checking the price agreement to ensure I was charged correctly and thoroughly explained the service provided. Jasper, you are truly THE BEST! The store is incredibly fortunate to have such an exceptional manager leading the team.
The service itself was great, as was are the two tires I purchased. But, I had a 1:00pm appointment, arrived 20 min. before then, was quoted to have the work completed between 1:00pm and 4:00pm. By 5:45p they hadn't yet started the work. I left at 6:30pm (for a 1:00p appointment!). So, I removed a star.
Had a flat on 85 so changed to the rescue donut spare tire. Called WW White Oaks and was told we could be helped right away. Went in, they determined old tire was shot. Showed us the damage, priced out a similar replacement tire, we told them to go ahead please. And 10 minutes later we were out the door. New comparable tire, Firestone. Good to go 45 minutes after we'd had the flat. Marisol and the gentleman at the front desk were friendly, helpful and efficient. Much appreciated. Wow! 👏 👏 👏
Campbell shop manager Jasper Garcia is terrific in many ways: he delivers reliable, competent, & cordial auto repair services with honesty & a conscientious attitude. Jasper even alerted me to the upcoming dates of their valuable Epic Sale days so I can capitalize on further sizable cost savings.
Just needed air in my 4 tire's.As a long time customer I've always had great service. The staff is always professional, friendly and generous with advice on the maintenance of my vehicles (even tip's on thing's I can do to care for my car's). Definitely a laid-back atmosphere where you can have a coffee and watch TV while having work done.I have only good things to say about this business!👍🏼
I just recently had my car serviced and I was impressed with how hassle free the process was with this Wheel Works. It was easy to schedule an appointment. I was efficiently communicated with by email and phone. I received documents pertaining to what my car needed and why. The communication was very straightforward and clear. Getting your car serviced is just not a fun errand to run but Wheel Works made it hassle free which I really appreciated.
Stopped by with my poor flat tire. I left the tire since it was end of the day and I didn't want to stay. The next day, I received multiple calls updating me to the situation and when I eventually needed a new tire the quote was MUCH cheaper than what I paid elsewhere. Service was quick and I was happy with my final price.
Double-check the torque settings they were torqued to 90 foot pounds, my vehicle requires 129 foot pounds. 6 lug nut covers were missing including some of my front wheels. (only replaced the back tires) " They said they gave me new tires. " Unfortunately they are 1 year and 10 months old. Almost 2 years of dry rot. I only have 3 years left on those tires before they need to be replaced. My recommendation is buy a torque wrench and double check your torque settings for your vehicle or just go to another shop. Bridgestone reached out but they're just the middle man and can't do anything.
