Firestone Complete Auto Care in Campbell

Very helpful and incredibly polite staff. There was an issue with my reservation not notifying them it was a fleet vehicle. Once they were informed, and even though it meant they had to delete everything and write a whole new work order, they were very pleasant and accommodating. I have recommended this be our new regular spot for all our fleet vehicles. Thank you all.

Went in for an estimate for tires. Dude (Robert) was super rude. But I said let’s do it. He said they would be 1 day out. I told him I’d be there next week, made my appointment. Went in early for my appointment, the lady (Sarah) took my truck, and as I was just sitting there waiting I asked how long does this usually take. Then she tells me that she’s having problems finding my tires. I said ohh k. Dude didn’t even order my tires. So I had to make an appointment for the next week. I then get a call saying my tires are in. So I finally get to bring my truck in, even left work early. I get there the guy Robert tells me that one guy called out so it won’t get worked on till later. At this point I said whatever just do it. He said 2 hours. Took over 5 hours. I got bigger tires then what I had, but he told me that it wasn’t rubbing. So I said that’s fine. I get home and when I’m making a left turn it rubs so loud that my wife thought I hit something. Long story short I paid for the lifetime alignment thing, 33inch Toyo AT3 tires, and I paid over $2000 for everything, even gave part cash. I’ve never been treated so poorly or had such issues at a fire stone. The one in Santa Cruz is the best Firestone I’ve ever been to. I should’ve read the reviews because people are having somewhat the same issues. I will never go back to this Firestone in Campbell ! Do yourself a favor and actually read the reviews because there’s some messed up ones. Just like this one!

I previously visited another Firestone location, where my car alignment issue was not resolved and, in fact, worsened. However, I decided to try this store last Sunday, and I’m glad I did! The lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth. The technician took the time to thoroughly assess my vehicle and worked patiently to ensure everything was aligned perfectly. I highly recommend this location for their excellent customer service and technical expertise!

We had such a great experience today with Firestone! The service manager Sara Lockner was so nice to my 8yr old son as well. She told him how the shop works and everything! I highly recommend this place if you’re nearby I need any type of service under your vehicle. They did an awesome job on my expedition. She was so great with me and my girlfriend and my son and so patient and did didn’t require us to make an appointment either! Thank you so much for your help today. Happy holidays to you guys!

I’m always worried about taking my car in for servicing with mechanics. However, this experience was quite the opposite. The staff reassured me that there was nothing to worry about, and that they will get this situation taken care of promptly I was greeted and assisted by Robert, who was very friendly, very informative and very knowledgeable About his profession. They had to keep my car overnight but addressed all issues I had and was done in a timely manner. I also spoke with Sarah who is very friendly and informative as well. Very professional the staff was and courteous. I went in for a set of tires as well as a new battery and now all my issues have been resolved. Thanks again.

The staff is very honest, insightful, helpful, and knowledgeable. I took my vehicle elsewhere to get a service performed and turned out that service was never done. The staff at Firestone showed me what was being done, what test were performed and advised me what I needed and didn't need. Now that's honesty and integrity. I will never go anywhere else again.
