Camden Tire & Service Company in Campbell

I have never experienced a business as unprofessional as Camden Tire and Repair. What appears to be the bookkeeper/customer service representative hung up on me twice when calling to speak to management trying to resolve faulty mechanic work. So I proceeded to go into the repair shop in hopes of a resolution. To no avail. I went in to repair a power steering hose after paying over $200 for the hose repair I am now stranded on the side of the freeway waiting on a tow because my car is no longer accelerating .The mechanic/owner Hassan refused to offer any explanation or help.

These people are thieves, please don’t go there. Yesterday we got stranded in Campbell with flat tire and towed the car to this place so we could get the tire patched. They would refuse to patch but wanted to sell a new tire. When we insisted to put tire back so we tow somewhere else then he agreed to patch, but broke the valve due to ignorance. They surely don’t know how to fix. Instead of apologizing they wanted to charge more for patching. We paid and somehow managed to get out of there. Felt our life was in danger.

i would say this is a really horrible and terrible and nightmare experience in here. I was just stop by and ask them if they can help me diagnose tire and change another one if needed. They initially said the diagnosis fee is $15 dollar before they take off my tire and then ask my $30 dollar to put it back. I said "why you are doubling price”. That man is mad and yelling at say" now you have to pay $45 the you can leave. I am so busy, this is not your school” ! I was a little bit scared and he basically ignore me for 45 mins and the start to talk to me. Finally I paid $30. So basically they want to charge me $45 just to take a look at my tire. That man is literally so rude and angry. I feel like next minutes he will hit me if I refuse to pay. Anyway I would recommend stay so far away from here. That is literally a nightmare

Whoops. These guys slipped up and told me you need an oil change every few months and that a 1,000 miles is too much time for oil in an engine block.. (false information in case you didn't know) originally needed an oil pressure diagnostic done and instead told me straight up to replace the oil sensor and oil pump without testing anything. That is a lil over $1,000 in parts and labor- I would rather spend $200 in tests and know everything is fine first

Hassan and his team of mechanics are very professional, efficient and friendly. I have been taking my 2 vehicles for over 8 years and am very pleased with their work, done right the first time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable mechanic.

The owner of the shop Hassan was by himself late on a Sunday night. I pulled into his shop with an emergency. My friends car (kind of expensive) had a aluminum shard in the tire. I had to take the car back to him at 5:00 AM and there was no other tire shops open. Hassan was very busy and initially told me he could not help me because my fiends car had carbon fiber rims and he didn’t want to do the repair without using a lift. But Hassan could see how stressed I was and offered to help if I agreed to lift the car myself with a jack. We got the tire fixed with no damage to car. Awesome dude, awesome shop.

Absolutely unprofessional technicians. Rude management. I did an oil change but while they were driving off the ramp, they ruined the underbody of my car. Then they tried to convince me that it was somehow my fault and refused to fix it at their cost. Stay away. If they can not change oil in a car I can not even think what they can break if you need some real repairs.
