America's Tire in Campbell

They broke my tire pressure monitor sensor while replacing a tire. Then when I tried to come back for help, they denied doing anything wrong or that there was anything wrong with the sensor. I ended up going to BMW and paying $500 to get it looked at and repaired, all because their technicians broke my sensor. Even though I have the receipt from BMW, proof that the sensor was broken on the tire they replaced, the manager said they would only reimburse me if they saw the actual broken sensor, which BMW probably got rid of by now. Unhappy with the service, and how I spent $800 to get two tires replaced. The manager needs to learn how to take accountability for your faulty repairs.

I bought 4 new tires recently at Campbell store. I just took the truck into another shop for an alignment and was told that the front tires were not balanced. MY steering wheel does have some motion, some of which was removed by the other shop re-balancing them

The best place for tires or tire issues. My first visit was for a large bolt I felt puncture my tire when I rolled over it. They repaired it for free. So I went ahead and bought a new spare, since mine was 20 years old. My second visit was for a failed tire pressure sensor. Their prices are very reasonable. The place is run so efficiently. They waste no time. All the employees are wonderful - knowledgeable, helpful, calm, and quick. Every business should run this way.

Diego provided excellent service and quickly helped resolve my car issue. I walked in without an appointment on a Saturday morning and explained that my passenger rear tire was losing air, triggering the low tire pressure light. In just an hour, the problem was fixed! The service was fast, reliable, and efficient. I would definitely return and highly recommend them!

I ordered my tires and made an appointment. They called me 24 hours after I put in the order that they can see me earlier than my appointment. Dropped off my car, tires were put on and ready to go within about an hour. I got a text message and arrived a bit after. Service was friendly, easy and fast. Will definitely come back and recommend to everyone who needs tires.

Incredible- I had a flat that turned out to be a nail in my tire and they fixed it at no cost. I could not believe it. We had also purchased tires for my partner’s car in the past and price plus service was the best in the area. No need to shop around .. this is the place with top quality at best value.

Great service, 5/5. They worked with me to get the best pricing through price match and was easy to set up an appointment online. I was in and out the door in less than 30 minutes with 4 tires being replaced. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. When I first arrived for my appointment, the technician noticed I didn’t have the anti-theft wheel unlocking tool they needed to take the wheels off my car in order to replace the tires (this tool comes with the car). The technician guided me in the correct direction of picking this tool up from the dealership and still worked with me to get my car all finished up the same day, even tho it was an hour past my original appointment time by the time I received the tool and arrived back to America’s Tire. By this time that I arrived back they were 20 minutes from closing and still worked with me to get the job done. The 4 new tires I bought come with free rotations for the life of the tire, you can’t really beat that considering they are a lot easier to actually get in and set up an appointment for the rotations with than somewhere like Costco which could take weeks to get an appointment. I will be coming here now on for all my tire needs, highly recommend.

Just a quick update: April 2025: I came here again to get two tires on one of my cars. I was able to purchase and scheduled the installation appointment via their website. The I was able to just go and have the tires replaced at my appointment time - very easy and the staff were excellent! My only negative would be their parking lot is too small, and they are so busy. I would recommend use the online tools and also remember to use Rakuten to get some cash back, I totally forgot until after my purchase. Totally recommend these guys! ============================================== 2023: I always have a pretty good experience at America's Tire. I have been purchasing tires only through these guys for well over a decade. Recently I visited as my tires started to have dry rot. I was able to swing by get an assessment, get the tires sent over to the shop and installed on the same day! I had recently been to the dealer for an oil service and inspection and they had quoted me a price for my four tires, America's tired beat them - final out the door was about half the cost! (for similar tires - Goodyear's). Anyway, was helped by Adan and I think Daniel - both were excellent! Would recommend checking their website for deals and cost etc just to make sure you know what's available at the location, also this shows up any deals currently on offer. Only negative is it gets busy and parking can be a little tight. I would recommend making an appointment. P.s they do free tire repair even if you do not buy tires here! Amazing service.
