Los Gatos Foreign Car in Campbell

I went to his shop after prior arrangement to see and check my car. He said sorry I am too booked up. He made another appointment for me. Then, he was over an hour late to show up at the shop and I waited behind closed door. Then made me another appointment. For third time he was also not there and the shop was closed. This costed me 3 wasted trips to his shop without getting any service. His time is expensive as a mechanic but my time as a costumer is free to be wasted.
