After a terrible experience at Wheel Works, I was referred to Grease Monkey. I was told I could come in with no appointment and they'd take care of me. When I got to the shop, I was greeted by Victor. He was very kind, grabbed my keys right away and they got started on my car. When Victor came back in he was so personable and chatted with me while I waited. My car was serviced in less than an hour. From my first phone contact with Benny, to the way Victor took care of me, to the service performed on my vehicle the experience was nothing short of amazing. Very thankful for the positive experience after such a negative one elsewhere. I'll definitely be back, and I'd recommend Grease Monkey to anyone!
After losing my reliable technician for my vehicle’s maintenance, this specific GM was highly recommended. And I’m happy to say that Benny did not disappoint. I even called close to closing hours and he was gracious enough to assure me I would still be accommodated. I have only been in for an oil change, yet I respected their approach to specific suggestions for my vehicle. I truly felt taken care of and will be back. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Benny greeted me promptly in the parking lot and went over all of the different oil changes. I ultimately picked the full synthetic. The store was very clean and inviting. The crew worked very swiftly. It was a great overall experience. I highly recommend!
As a women with a car they do great work. I always highly recommend them to people when they ask for recommendations on where to take their car for service. They have done the service on all the cars that I own , never had a problem and they guarantee their work. They keep you informed on the status of your vehicles and make customer service a priority. Benny the manager of the shop did the research for me to help me pick the perfect tires that are suitable for not only my car but for the terrain in my upcoming trips to through multiple states.
Unfortunately the Groupon coupon was for another state and couldn't be used, but the service was good. I will use them regularly.
First I was afraid to sign monthly membership with them. But then i decided to give it a try. They are amazing. They pre rinse then triple machine foam wash then they also hand dry to car for you. This amazing .
I usually love this place for a quick car wash but am disappointed today. I pulled in at 4:43 and the pay station at the drive through Carwash was closed (but not locked shut) and the car wash door was open/visible from the street. I google them and see that they close at 6 on Fridays, so I figure this must be a mistake. I call them and ask what time they close and they say 6, so I ask why the car wash pay station is closed? And they just said it’s not open anymore today….but why?! If y’all close at 6? First world problems I know..but it was frustrating to say the least. I just wish if the car wash was closed that they made it more clear from the street..does the car wash close 1.5 hours before the closing time?🤔

Todays my second visit to this shop. I have had great experience in my both visits. My first visit involved tire remounting and oil change few months ago, and then I returned to them today to replace all 4 tires (because they were getting close to the end of their life). In summary, this is how I feel about this place: * the shop is clean and organized * price is fair and transparent * equipments are new * mechanics are super friendly, professional, and honest I know there is no perfect shop for everything, so the shop is probably not going to please everyone. But if you are looking for regular maintenance, tire work, and minor mechanical repairs, this is the shop that I would recommend. They also have a carwash facility, but I have not tried that, so I cant comment. Special thanks to the shop manager Benny and mechanic Brandon for taking care of my car today.

Not dependable. While my car is supposed to use 0w20, they added 5w30, and was reminded by me because I was watching. Hard to imagine the number of incorrectness that are not identified by the owner.

Definitely recommend their car wash. It is mainly machine wash. A worker will finish the details at the end so it is very clean.

Went to to see what was wrong with my car after noticing my oil change light came on after a week of getting it changed somewhere else. Benny totally helped me out! He checked the dipstick and everything for me and said that where I went to get my oil changed didn t top me off! He was super helpful. Thanks again Benny!!

I used GM soon after they opened. Liked the carwash thrown in, and was intent upon coming back. Service light comes on, stop by GM. Sorry, hour and a half wait. Stopped by again, same thing. And stopped by again today, the day after Thanksgiving and expecting it to be slow, sorry, over two hour wait. There were two cars in both bays, both with wheels removed, technician indicated that tires take a long time. I asked if I could make an appointment, nope, first come first serve. Management has a business model issue here if its now impossible to get a quick oil change. Is it now a tire shop? If so, how do they think that the oil change customers are going to like never being able to get a quick oil change? I went to jiffy lube down the street, no wait. So, good by Grease Monkey, you need to figure out what business that youre in. Im not waiting an hour plus for any oil change place and dont think many others will tolerate such wait times either.

Over priced car wash. The vehicle wash prices are $15, $20, and $25 and it s not even brushless. It begins with a hand power washing by an employee and ends at a driveway shorter than your car where a group of employees hand dry your car. Be careful when you re finished, because you exit the washer right into Camden. The car wash is way too close to the road. I foresee accidents happening; especially during rush hour.

Quite possibly one of the most under qualified grease monkey. - the staff are good people but don t know anything other than oil change and car wash . - I called 20 times before heading over there and they didn t answer and when they answered, they put me on hold for 2 times. - they mentioned they can handle repair on their website so I towed my car there when it broke down due to alternator issues. - they said they can t check and that they can t change the alternator and we re he ll bent on me going to their sister branch which was 13 miles away. - when I said I can t go that far and thanked them and said another towing vehicle will be here in 30 minutes and I ll head over to some other shop they said I can t keep my car there (the parking lot was empty and my car in one corner ) they refuse to do tests and made me call their other branch etc, obviously the first towing vehicle left. - all in all, they lost themselves a business of 900 dollars because they said they can change an alternator but they didn t know how to know for sure it was the alternator issue ? Lol.
Towed my moms car here, didn t know what was wrong with the car so Benny and Brandon did a car inspection with no charge! Told my mom her ignition key was the problem and they helped her out! Amazing service! Would come here more often!!

I went to Grease monkey for a oil change there was no line and no wait. Two guys standing around doing nothing and they told me to come back in thirty minutes because they can t do an oil change. I will never come back again. Btw your team is very immature.
Due to pothole on the Camden avenue, I got a flat tire on passenger side. I was able to replace my tire in an hour here. He was very nice and price was reasonable.
Benny and crew were awesome gave me an estimate and did the oil change professionally also gave me upcoming service recommendation I also got the web coupon applied and a free wash thank you so much
Just took my car for an oil change. Asked the guy to check the fluids, he didn t even let me know fluids were way to low. Just went on and checked all fluids as full. Very unprofessional, will not be going back and I would suggest to not take your car to them.
