William is amazing and so deeply knowledgeable about BMWs. After the factory warranty and service ran out, we have trusted him with our X5 diesel and 335xi. Both are running reliably and really well under his care. :)

I tend to do my own work but took the BMW M5 for diagnosis. They did exactly as I requested and supplied a clear list of items to address, which I agree with. Very helpful, thank you.

Great service. Very knowledgeable about cars and more clear about what the issues are and are not when you bring your car in. Much more straightforward than other places I have gone. Highly recommend.

Update: I took my car to BMW dealership and they charged me ~$660 (with tax) for a the same service William quoted me ~$1050. To costumers, they don’t provide fair pricing for the service. Price shop and don’t trust them. I took my car there for brake replacement. After dropping off the car they provided an estimate that was higher than the BMW dealer. So I took my car back. Throughput the whole process William was very rude and condescending. Get an exact estimate before going there and don’t trust that will give you a fair price , because they don’t. And never drop off your car before settling on the price because they count on you not going through the hassle of going back and taking your car back. With their high prices you might as well take your car to the dealer and enjoy loaner car, car wash and respectful staff.

For 15+ years I have been taking my cars for routine/emergency maintenance to BAMW. William and his team are accommodating and trustworthy. He will often take care of a simple fix for free. You can tell William takes pride in his business as the shop is always spotless

Our family has been taking our VWs to William for years (15 maybe? A LONG time!) We are always impressed by his high level of attention to details, the clear communication and his sense of urgency in getting the repaired car back in our hands. We trust William to provide us with trade offs in terms of cost & risks of doing a specific repair or not. Great guy & team! Highly recommend.

The customer service was very professional at the front desk and after speaking directly with William (Manager) on the repair. I was convinced he was an expert working on Mercedes systems after discussing in-depth the initial diagnosis from the code I pulled from the vehicle. The final bill was very close to the estimate and based on the repair that was completed it was a fair price for the work that was performed. I will be taking my Mercedes back there as William has earned that trust based on our conversation and the depth of his knowledge on this vehicle. I highly recommend this organization for quality service and repair.

I have moved to San Diego but still need to post how well William took care of my cars all 4 BMWs so i post again ... No one and I mean NO ONE. ______Period!!!!!!!!!! TOUCHES MY TOY, but William and his group, here In this valley. sorry dealerships. His group is very Knowledgeable of German engineered sports cars. Need I say more, OK The shop is Immaculate the crew are Efficient, Reliable, focused on Awareness & Cleanness. So with such great service, It comes at a cost. Surprisingly it is not the cost of his service, it is his groups availability! PERIOD! So the next time your car hints at " BOX BOX BOX" . service service service, call William Ps not my only BMW under the care of William's group thanks guys
