My car engine would not start, was told that my battery needed replacement. Fortunately my battery was jump-started, but I would have the same problem if I turned off the engine. I drove my car to Stress-Free Auto Care / Made in Japan USA Europe, after first calling them at noon and speaking to someone who made an appointment for me that afternoon. Rick, the on-site manager, ordered a new battery from a local vendor and a technician finished the work before the close of the day. Rick explained the entire process to me. When I got home, I received text updates of the progress of the work as well as a live cam video of the work. I am happy with the work. I felt that my car was in very capable hands. I will definitely go back to Stress Free Campbell for all future work.

I initially visited Stress-Free Auto Care because my car was shaking even at low speeds. The staff was friendly and they diagnosed the issue as needing balancing and tire rotation, which they performed. Unfortunately, within a week, the same shaking problem returned. Due to my busy schedule, I wasn't able to bring the car back immediately. When I finally returned, they charged me again for the same service since it was beyond their one-month warranty period. While this policy is technically fair, it was disappointing considering the issue reappeared so quickly after the first repair. After spending $120 on two identical services (plus Uber costs bringing the total to around $200), the shaking problem returned for a third time. I attempted to contact them via text but received no response. The positive: The staff was pleasant and seemed genuinely willing to help during my visits. The negative: The repairs didn't fix the underlying issue, and I'm now out $200 with the same problem I started with. I won't be returning, as I need to find a shop that can properly diagnose and fix the issue. I'm giving two stars instead of one solely because of the friendly service, but unfortunately, friendly service doesn't make up for ineffective repairs.

The team at Stress Free Auto Care on Winchester in Campbell exceeded all my expectations. This was my first time to the shop. We brought my Mercedes in for an alignment, after receiving a recommendation from my usual shop. Very competitive price, free 53 point check with pictures, text status, and straight forward attitude = I'll be back soon with our Honda. Sounds trite, but you gotta' give these guys a try!

Great and honest staff! I’ve never felt so happy being in a car mechanic shop before. Felt like they were really looking out for me instead of trying to upcharge me like all the other places. The price was also very fair, mechanics on site really know what they are doing and recommended me great options! Would recommend to friends.
