I had an amazing experience with Renson using my maxcare warranty. Nat was very direct and took care of everything with the max care warranty. Very smooth. I had my car PCV valve repaired in 4 days. Highly recommend going through them if you are looking for Repair Pal Certified auto shop.

Recently had two vehicles a repair and service at Renson’s Automotive!! The employees treats their customers with the utmost respect! Very honest, advices what needs to be fixed and what to watch for services in the future to keep drivers with safe driving!! Only replaces parts when necessary. Think of Renson’s Automotive the next time you need a repair or car services.

Renson Automotive is the best! Great customer service. Twice, when they were fully booked with appointments, they were willing to help me out when I had an emergency situation. They take the time to fully explain what was wrong with your car and what was done to fix it, and everything is documented on their receipt.

These guys are the real deal. Took my 2019 Yukon in for flashing check engine light. Turns out it was a bad injector so I had them replace all 8 injectors so I wouldn't have any issues in the future. Best part was they worked with my extended warranty company and got the bad injector covered so I only had to pay for other ones. No over selling or BS with this shop, I trust these guys 100% and will be a customer for life!

Great group of guys that are professional easy going and very detailed. If you're looking for a great repair shop this is the place. The prices aren't the cheapest but also they are not overly inflated, you get what you pay for.

Needed my wheels to get aligned and chose Renson Automotive. I can confirm all the 5 star ratings. My experience was excellent as well. Friendly and knowledgable personnel, my car was taken in right away as scheduled and work was done very quickly. At pick-up, I got a detailed explanation of work done. I paid a very fair price, left very satisfied and will certainly come back with other automotive needs as well.

I recently had an exceptional experience at Renson Automotive that truly went above and beyond. The staff (Nat) at this establishment displayed a genuine care and dedication towards resolving any problems with my car, treating it as if it were their own. The owner got involved and demonstrated remarkable expertise and attention to detail, ensuring that every issue was addressed effectively. Although the main issue with my backup camera persists, I’m still grateful for their commitment to customer satisfaction which was evident throughout the entire process, leaving me thoroughly impressed and grateful for their outstanding service. There seems to be some wiring issue in my car that makes it very difficult to pinpoint the cause of failure but the failure most likely occurred when the previous owner installed an anti theft tracking device so I can’t blame these guys.

Because I received this survey, I'm obligated to respond to it. But I postponed the repair, and I cannot review the service at this time. So far so good. ------------ Real review: I had my car repaired and my experience with Renson was excellent. My car is running smoothly, and the staff's courtesy was also excellent. I mainly dealt with Nat, and he and other staff treated me with warm respect. This is a rather rare experience these days. I don't want another car repair, but if I need it, I'll come back here.
