What a great experience! Agnes the owner set up my initial appointment to troubleshoot a suspension issue. First time. Enjoyed everything. I was able to drop my WRX off the day before. Work was completed. I asked about a warranty on work performed. Yes!! There is a warranty. My parents also have had work completed at Garage One!

Garage One was professional and efficient at diagnosing and repairing a problem related to warning lights. The free inspection was helpful and identified other needed work, some of which I had them do. Their online quoting and communication system worked well. Overall it was a good expierence with good results. I would recommend them.

These guys took 90 minutes, wanted to charge me $50 to recalibrate my TPMS sensors. After that they asked for 1 or 2 more hours to troubleshoot the problem, but I didn't have enough time to hang out to wait. At least they didn't change me. There was two Mechanic and they couldn't even figure it out. I went to Costco it took them less than 5 minutes to re-program my TPMS sensors, and they did it for free as long as you have your membership card. That tells you what kind of Mechanic they are.

I have had my Subaru serviced here along with battery change. The reason why this is much better than dealership is because these are completely transparent, honest, reasonably priced, knowledgeable and in-depth servicing. Definitely recommend this for regular servicing and repairs.

Very helpful and friendly staff; reasonable price. I live in Eureka and a friend I was visiting in the South Bay pointed out that my left headlight was out. Even though this was at 3 PM, toward the end of the day when they were busy with other things, Garage One was able to get this taken care of while we waited so I didn't have to drive home in the dark with only one headlight.
