Great place to service my 2500HD truck. Had a bad experience at the dealership. Jerry was very knowable and was able to correct everything! Highly recommend this place.
Went in for trimming of fenders due to rubbing of my new tires and wheels. The store owner was truly honest and professional, they gave a reasonable quote. They have done a professional trimming jobs by only cutting the plastic only without touching painted portion. Very happy with the job. Highly recommend this shop for anyone who wants to do car maintenance and modification. I will definitely revisit.
Great shop, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Had them perform an alignment on my 5th gen 4runner after installing a lift, and it is the best alignment I have ever gotten on any vehicle. Highly recommend!
Great shop, great service, great people! I was long overdue service on my 2007 Lexus IS350. I got the car back in 2017 with 85k miles and had basically only done oil changes all the way till now (125k miles, August 2024). I wanted to get the car ready for another 100k miles without any headaches. I saw some oil leaking in my garage and wanted that inspected and fixed as well. Thomas advised me to get some additional items done since we already had the water pump and transmission fluid on the list, and I agreed. Worry free for a long long time now! I really liked how they send you pictures on what they found, and show you the work they did. Here’s everything I got done: - Cabin air filter replaced - Brake fluid - Engine oil dipstick tube seal replaced - Differential fluid change - Transmission fluid drain & fill - Transmission filter replaced - Transmission pan gasket - Coolant flush - Water pump & Serpentine Drive Belt - Radiator replaced - Upper radiator coolant hose replaced - Lower radiator coolant hose replaced - Radiator cap replaced
Took my BRZ track car for a 4 wheel alignment and am very happy with the results. Jerry is solid, knows his stuff, isn’t rushing around and took time to do the job right.
I brought my 2018 Honda Accord in for routine maintenance. Tom and Jerry were quick to respond to my inquiry and got me in and out quickly. I highly recommend Flex Function if you want to take your vehicle somewhere dependable and know the job will be performed correctly.
By far and wide the best body shop I’ve ever dealt with. The communication and attention to detail is unmatched. I’ve gone to plenty of other shops and Thomas and Jerry are the best period! I’m actually pressing them to do other jobs on my truck that are probably outside of what they normally do because I’m tired of dealing with shoddy work. Thanks a million guys.
Thomas and Jerry are seriously so great. Knowledgeable, honest, and fair. I drive over an hour to bring my 3rd gen 4runner to them. They setup my new Radflo shocks with resi’s. Welded the strut tower reinforcement. Corrected my alignment which I had brought to another shop twice for the same issue that they couldn’t/didn't resolve. Took the time to make sure things where right. Don’t hesitate to give these guys a call.

Jerry and Thomas are such stand-up guys. They are honest, and fair. I have been taking my 2016 Subaru Outback to them since they first opened, and have since taken it there for anything and everything that comes up. They can be counted on to tell you whether a repair is necessary or not, if it could be held off on, and what the risk of waiting might be. Theyve gone miles out of their way to pick up a part to make sure my car was delivered on time as promised. They are patient in explaining things to me, even though my knowledge on the subject is limited- they never make me feel incompetent, or take advantage of my lack of knowledge on the subject. Im thrilled to have found this place. With an aging car, its important to have mechanics you can trust... and I trust them so much I recommend them to all my friends.

Took my 4runner in for a body mount chop after a lift and wheel upgrade and the service was 10/10. Tommy and Jerry were very friendly, easy to work with, and insightful on future projects I have planned out. If you re looking to get any work done in your vehicle, especially on Toyota trucks, I highly recommend.
