Their name is spot on!! I Had an out of state purchase for a vehicle. After calling 10 different places this shop stood out by their helpful info and recommendations. They completed my inspection and gave me a thorough report. Friendly, easy to work with and very professional!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I've finally found an auto repair place I can trust and be comfortable with. They're even a locksmith and a mobile service, which I need. When they came to my home, they actually listened to me (an older woman!). They diagnosed the problem quickly and came up with a solution. They really know what they're doing and care about doing a good job and for the people they service.

Geeez!! Where do I start! BILL is absolutely AMAZING!! After doing my "homework" looking for several shops that could fix my 2018 Ford Explorer.. I was blown away and discouraged as MANY places I called quoted me an arm & a leg to replace the engine, axle, TPMS sensor and brakes on my car. After calling First Choice and speaking will Bill.. I was skeptical at first and thought he misunderstood the repairs I needed on my car because his quote came in ~$1,200 LESS than all the others I had received! He replaced the engine, front axle, brakes, TPMS sensor and did an oil change ALL in a timely manner and kept me informed on the progress all along the way!! THANK YOU BILL! The name sums it up! FIRST CHOICE automotive should be everyone's 1st choice! He also has the BEST prices in town for remote key replacements. Highly recommended!

fist off... it is hard to find a reliable and trustworthy auto mechanic. Victor and his crew at First Choice Automotive provide that type of service. Fixing the problem and not selling you on other services not needed. Here they tell you what's needed and only that. We took our vehicles there twice and provided hands down great service. To have a piece of mind on getting your vehicle service and not worry of getting cheated. I went to the Ford dealership for a vehicle check up.... They tried selling me services not even needed. (Dealership) 1: they told me I needed brake change. Did say what side just a brake change. 2: fan belt and serpaten belts need replacement. 3: transmission maintenance. And last but least 4: told me that a valve assembly rebuilt was recommended. Like I said, piece of mind. Thank you Victor and team.

I would recommend this shop. 260,000 miles on my 2000 Explorer. Replaced alternator. Belt. Brakes Front & Rear. Suspension Work. On time as promised. Excellent value. Experienced technicians.

Getting a repair from First Choice was a fantastic experience!! The team is incredibly nice - we were in San Jose due to a family emergency, totally new to the area and needed help with our car.
