El Gato Automotive in Campbell

Parked my car in front of this business for less than 2 minutes while trying to pick up my partner who was getting his car serviced, and immediately someone who I assume is the owner blocked me in. I asked if I could move my car and he was very rude and condescending to me, I don’t appreciate being talked down to.

Paul the owner is extremely rude and confrontational. Take your car somewhere else where the owner will appreciate you going there. Every occasion he has had an attitude and is just an angry person!

Paul always takes good care of us (and our cars), whether an oil change or major service. His pricing is fair and he backs his work. Clean, spacious lounge with WiFi. Exceptional small business in the Cambrian/Campbell/Los Gatos area!

Paul is a great mechanic. I was having issues with carburetor on my 72 bronco. Paul fixed the issue and now it's running great! Very knowledgeable!

Paul is great about getting your car in and out fast. I went in for a check engine light, he diagnosed the problem in less then 15 minutes, ordered the part from the dealer, had someone go pick it up and my car was ready 4 hours later. He's also really good about taking my car either the next day or two whenever I need something taken care of.

I didn't even make it to the estimate portion very rude and confrontational for parking in a real designated parking spot not marked as reserved telling me to move my car, as he does what he wants and leases the property. Not sure I will trust them with my business, my car, or an expectation of satisfactory customer service. I dont out of my way to leave feedback in this case you left lasting impression.
