Campbell Ford Performance in Campbell

Bob runs a great shop. He has worked on my 00 f150 and my 17 explorer. Shop is clean, communication is good, and his labor rates are competitive. I will continue to take my vehicles there when problems arise.

I have been going here for years and years and cars and cars. The new owner took it over from the old owner and they absolutely provide dealer quality service. All you need to do is walk into the shop and say hello to Bob and you're going to know.

My radiator hose blew out on my way to catch a flight to Asia at SFO. I had to have the car towed to Campbell Ford without being there and I left a message for them on the problem while I had to fly to Asia. Bob and his team diagnosed the problem, fixed all hoses, clamps, etc. for a very reasonable amount of money and allowed by son-in-law to pick up the in a day or two while I was away. I have been using Campbell for at least 10 years and have been very pleased with their Ford expertise.

Took my ford explore in for a water pump on 6-3 and couldn't be more pleased with the service there! Bob was very helpful and very honest with his explanation about my car. Price was very reasonable. He said it will take 2 to 3 days to finish, took 2 1/2 days. I will differently be going back for any other service on my car. The nice thing about this place is Fords is all they do, so they know what they are doing. Thank you for the great service!

Had them inspect and do repairs on my S197 Mustang. The only negative would be they're pretty busy and you might have a wait, but after even a basic experience with them you'll know why. Honest about what your car needs, not pushy about up selling, and it's obvious they're deeply knowledgeable about Fords, and you can't get a better price without doing it all yourself - and even then you won't get the impeccable quality of work. Another plus is the location - next to Winchester VTA station, so you can get on with your life while they have your car without too much trouble, or getting a ride from someone else.

The most important thing I felt about going to get my company truck fixed at Campbell Ford was the feeling of trust. Trust that my truck would be fixed correctly and for a fair price. I have since gone back 3 different times and plan on always bringing my fleet of trucks there to Bob at Campbell Ford when a problem arises.

I had called Campbell Ford Performance to discuss the "Brake fluid low" warning message. He took the time to explain the possible issues and agreed to do a best case effort to fix it in time before their Christmas break. I had dropped off my Ford Focus with them overnight and after the diagnostic determined that the brakes have to be replaced, agreed to the proposed estimate - which was honest and fair. He and his mechanic completed the job despite my last minute business altered their plans little bit. Bob was friendly, and provided the best customer experience at a fair price. Why would I ever take my car to any other mechanic or the dealership anymore?

Great shop, took my supercharged Mustang for a check engine light, owner Bob is really great to work with, very fast service at well, already booked another appointment.
