Ever wonder where you can go to receive really great customer service?? When it comes to vehicle matters, this is always something I look for- EL DORADO BATTERY IS ONE OF THE FEW AND FAR BETWEEN PLACES AROUND!! Believe me when I tell you that this place is top notch for all of your battery needs!!! I cannot say enough great things about Nate and April, not to mention their absolutely adorable sales manager, Harper!!!! She really knows how to bring it home!! I needed a new battery for my dad's F-150 so I called. Nate was so helpful on the phone and answered all of my questions without rushing or sounding annoyed by them! When we arrived, we were greeted by their top sales manager, and within minutes had what we needed, and for much less than their competitors!! Nate, unloaded the old battery and loaded the new one into the back of my truck without me even asking!! Then, I had a battery terminal issue of my own and he took his time and didn't just LOOK AT IT, BUT FIXED THE ISSUE!! You would never get this kind of service from O'Reilly, or Autozone!! Both him and his wife April were just so kind and helpful!!! These folks are the top of the top in my opinion and they locally own and operate!!
