After a horrible experience in Placerville at AutoZone, I drove 10 miles and went to O’Reillys which I should’ve done to begin with. O’Reilly’s auto parts seem to higher professional people that actually care about their jobs and customer service. Jacob help me extremely professional and actually had manners. Go to O’Reilly’s. It’s a far better choice.

Called earlier for parts and had great service.. arrived to pick up the parts which in the initial call listed everything I would need.. gentleman who helped us when I got there was great but delegated another employee to gather the studs and lug nuts which I needed.. I was 2 lug nuts short and said I needed six and he immediately git offensive and accused me of having an attitude. I said I'm sorry if you think that however I asked for 6 not 4.. keep in mind it said on the order what I needed.. I drove down the hill to this place as a loyal customer.. clearly this young man with a pirates baseball cap didn't want to be at work.. other than him my experience was great however it only takes one sour apple
For years, we have sourced parts for our customers' boats and trailers from O'Reilly. The service is excellent. The staff always helps us find what we need even if it's not in stock in Cameron Park. Recently, we needed a specific marine starter, and it was shipped to us overnight from their Stockton location.
If you're going to buy snow chain, try AutoZone. These $100 cheaply made snow chains worked, but not as well as we expected. They helped us to get up the hill to Tahoe. I wish I could return them. They got us to where we needed to go. It's BETTER to just invest in snow tires instead. Anyways, the stores are always clean, the employees are always helpful. They do not always give the best advice though. Ask as many question you can think of if you are looking to buy a product you don't know much about. They'll be happy to answer.
