NAPA auto parts Calexico; Poor customer service; Employees never take customer calls to the store. You have to go personally and when you get there, it seems that they are always very busy on their cell phones and the client has to wait.
Bad service the guy didn’t want to hel look for a part he didn’t even move from his desk
Only one employee here helping customers he is doing everything possible, I believe it's needs at least 3 people here to attend customers and help out

Nice big store, I go there to buy more OEM parts for my older vehicles, even got me a little discount for a part they had to order. Azone may be cheaper sometimes but a lot of of times Napa parts are OEM, and that can save you a few headaches down the road
Bad service.. really slow, the guy attends another people instrad to finish with one... also battery stock is a mess
Extremely outdoes autozone,very nice people and helpful too.
