They figured out what was wrong with my 2013 Dodge Charger very quickly and saved me a ton of money in the process. They could have very easily dragged the service process out given the mystery surrounding the issue but they were quick and concise. While I hope I don’t run into a transmission-related issue again, I know exactly where I’m headed if I do run into another issue. I wish there was a 6th star I could give them.

Kudos to these guys! My bf took his caddy escalade there a few mo. ago for a rebuild and the other day while driving it took a dump on him. He nurses it off the freeway to the harley shop and picked up the part he needed for the bike and then got on the phone with A1. He explained his dilemma and the guy told him to bring it in which we did and they have us a ride home. The next day they call him and tell him it's ready to pick up. wow that was fast! He gets there and they tell him why. They just stopped the old one out and put a brand new one in. Free of charge! Now that's good business!

Great guys here! I own a general repair / maintenance shop around the corner from them and whenever I need something transmission related looked at or have questions, these are the guys I call. Jason is always super helpful, always willing to help out a friend and really knows his stuff. I would definitely trust these guys with my own personal vehicle if it came down to it!
