I need to replace my drive tires called and spoke to Zach. I was four hours away. He said he would get a set and have it ready for me. I showed up about 6 PM. Andy and his team were waiting for me. Took care of me. Thanks very much awesome job.
Pricey but great service friendly workers. Got me right in and was done with my brakes and door handle problem in a few hours.
Came in with a bad module for my ac/heat control. Was told they'd have the parts in jan 1st, first thing in the morning, as soon as the part was in, they'd call me. No call. Find out, they didn't even leave a note for the part to be ordered. Place was closed, as I kinda thought it would be.. Just tell me truth. Sorry as can be, unprofessional. Lost a day because of them. Gonna screw up my weekend, whne I desperately need to be moving and making money. Absolutely pathetic. I'll never stop here again. Just tell me the truth, even if the answer is "I don't know" and if you're gonna say you are leaving a note from dayshift, you damn well better leave it. Dimwits who dont need a job here 101.. smfh.
The day shift crew is awesome but the evening shift is terrible. CJ in particular is very rude and also quite lazy. And on top of that he lies a lot
Worst place ever. I called to find out if they can change air bag of the trailer. They said yes they have it. When I came in they took the old bag and realized they don’t have new one in stock. Then they made me pay $150 for shipping it from other location without telling me how much it would be. Called sheriff and cops on me who were super disrespectful and asked me my nationality. Absolutely nightmare. Avoid that place as much as possible. All was “handled “ by the manager, by the way. And I lost like 8 hours there, two hours going not in my direction because they say they have it in stock and then 6 hours of labor and waiting for part. Absolutely unspeakable behavior from them for such losses of time and money.
Called ahead because I was in a hurry and was told no one was ahead of me. Got to the shop and there was one truck in the tire bay and no one in the lube bay ( sorry I was there for a pm). 5 guys walking around and it took over an hour to get to my truck. Apparently one guy does all the work around here. I'll never be back.
Arrived at 230pm for a tire replacement on my inside rear passenger tandem. I was advised they they were doing shift change, but i was first in line, and at 230pm, they would get to me. Told them that is fine. Went back in at 330 pm and i was told that I'd be pulled in 20 minutes. Was finally pulled in for service at 630pm. Service was completed at 8pm. The service guys are friendly and good to talk to, I have no issue with that, but they need to work on time management for sure. Avoid this shop if you are on a time crunch.
They took a minute for them to identify the various amounts of issues with my AC but they figured it out and I can now sleep peacefully in my own truck. These men worked themselves to the bone to fix my rig. While it may have taken a minute they did their best to make sure I got on the road ASAP.
