Quick Response; Quick Turnaround; The work looked great. Great customer service on the email side. However, was not consulted about labor to something additional on the work order so was charged a month later an additional charge.

Great service from start to finish. We received a quick reply, quote and order placed quickly. NGW&D kept us informed as to delivery dates. Daniel & Nate, our installers arrived on time, worked efficiently, quickly around and the finished product is GORGEOUS!

Too busy for us. I bumped them up from 1 star to 5 stars. They gave us 2 more companies to call. I think they go through this often, they may be a really busy shop. That is a good sign.

North Glass was recommended to me by our realtor for a cracked and chipped window in a condo we purchased. They were able to give me an accurate quote remotely via measurements and pictures I took. The guys showed up on time (were hilarious) and did great job installing the new window panes. What's not to love?

We recently used North Glass to replace a Milgard dining room window whose seal between the double panes had begun to leak and cloud the view. North Glass was prompt sending someone out to give us an estimate. They also were very responsive answering our questions about matching the existing glass we had in other windows on either side. While it took three visits to get the final glass installed; once due to a sizing problem and twice due to the glass being distorted, North Glass wanted us to be fully satisfied with the end product. They quickly acknowledged the problems, re-ordered the glass, and rescheduled their visits, all in a timely and professional manner. We are very pleased with the replacement glass and recommend North Glass to others for whatever window work is needed.

Terrible service. We wanted to use a local business for a repair of a screen door which they ended up needing to completely rebuilding.Fine. When we went to pick it up there were three snags in the new screening which they attempted to blame us for, but grudgingly ended up fixing. When I returned to pick up the fixed screen it was fine, however they provide no protection, such as cardboard, to transport the door. Upon getting the door home is when I noticed worse flaws, they installed the handle in the middle of the 8' tall screen rather than matching the old location on the original frame we brought in. Also, the handle the installed is cut from metal stock which they neglected to file leaving razor sharp edges on both sides of the door. Bush league operation. Avoid this business.

Consumer BEWARE this glass company is a rip off , they came to my house for a small repair to the shower door and caulk the glass, about 4 feet. They sent two guys ? charged my $546 for 2 hours and 15 min of work. They said they charge for travel time, Im 15 min from they shop and so they rounded it up to a hour at $172.50 a hour. They did a nice job but it was way over priced and when I called the owner she said she knows they are very expensive . She also said she would review the bill and get back to me the next day, never heard back from them, after calling other shops about the same work YEP I was right it was about $200 higher then the other guys. They did call me 5 days later and refunded $84 do to the over charge on the travel time. Thanks north glass I will never use you and make sure everyone I know is aware of you.
