I don't know where to start when letting people know how amazing Ben Lomond Tire is! Their outstanding customer service is something I thought was a lost skill. They are warm, personable, knowledgeable, honest and have integrity. Their prices are affordable and their work is reliable. I recently bought a used car, that's alignment was off. After suffering a terrible blowout, I brought my car to this awesome shop and did not regret it. They understood the holidays are hard on the wallet, and paired me with affordable tires of great quality and put my car back into alignment. I am so incredibly grateful for their service. It was timely and their communication was on point. This is the only place I'm taking my family's vehicles to and I told the whole neighborhood about their quality work. This is the type of shop I’ve been looking for! Honest, reliable and affordable services. They got me in same day for a brake change and had me on the road by the end of the day. The team is very helpful and knowledgeable. I even received a follow up text from the owner a few days later to make sure all was good. 10/10 highly recommend!

I want to give a HUGE shout out to the people that make this the shop a place I TRUST for my vehicle needs. My Jeep Wrangler JL which hasn’t seen love since purchase because the dealership have a wait time of three days for Service with an appointment. At Ben Lomond Tire Brake & Auto they provided excellent customer service, transparent pricing, and high-quality workmanship. Additionally they offered a refreshment and a ride while my vehicle was being serviced. Mark and Arnold saved my day when my Ferrari caught a screw, it was at the end of the day that they took my frantic phone call and saw to me promptly. Mark took over this business recently and is eager to earn the trust of and build his reputation with the community. Hes knowledgeable and friendly. His son Dillon works with him. I took a chance and had them work on my suspension. I was given a nice loaner car - very convenient! They did the job in a couple of hours. They did a thorough inspection and found some minor issues that are helpful to know. They charged less than was quoted at other businesses. I’m hopeful that I can continue the relationship because my car needs a lot of maintenance work!

We were stuck nearby on a road trip and our brakes were smelling and it was a Saturday and we had commitments in the bay area and then farther north and I’ve never met someone so nice as this mechanic owner and he just got us on our way with absolute Generosity and good service I never ever review anything, but I had to review this guy!!

Henry is an honest guy who wants to get you back on the road ASAP. They replaced my radiator and some hoses and belts in my truck for a fair price, and didn't charge me labor to change the oil as well. I brought my truck in the day after I called them and they had it done and back to me by the end of the day. Henry recommended some other stuff to address in the future but didn't pressure me to pile up my service and repair bills. He just gave me his advice and left it at that. Very cool. My truck runs great with no issues. Great Shop. Friendly. Recommend.
