Swiftgirl AC Auto Diagnostic in Bell

I gave this place a try mainly for all the reviews. I can confirm that the reviews are true. The employees here are honest and will explain the process and also state price. I have a Honda civic that was blowing hot air and now it’s blowing cold air. One of the employees even offered cold water while I was waiting for my car. I highly recommend them and I’m sure I will be back in the future.

Swiftgirl AC is a lifesaver. So let's do a little back story. So I have a 2016 Kia Soul and out of all cars my car make and model HAD to be the one that has the blower motor not under the glove compartment of the passenger side(like most cars) but under the side of the driver's side which is a pain to do (so I've been told). I have seen varies YouTube videos and a few auto shops that have said that on average it takes up to 3-4 hours of labor just to get it done. My husband called around and asked for quotes on how much they will charge for a new blower motor and for labor. They were practically telling us it'll be around $800-$900+ to do just cuz the labor on it is so tedious. We were literally a few days away just to pull the trigger on spending that much money. But luckily it seems like our guardian angels were with us that day when my husband decided to browse online one more time and came across Swiftgirl AC. Pedro knew exactly what my husband was talking about and said if we bought the parts he'll do the labor for $180. 🤯 Like what? So immediately my husband said okay is there any other parts we should get that accompanies the blower motor and he suggested the resistor. So we bought the parts online which came out to be $190 with tax and shipping. And as soon as we got the parts the following days later we headed over to the shop ASAP. My husband and I feel like Pedro is an honest mechanic who knows exactly what he's talking about and does not try to use and abuse his knowledge and suck you up dry. He made sure to diagnose our car first just to make sure it wasn't anything else. This by the way was free of charge other places wanted to charge us $200 just to diagnose it. Did I mention it only took him about 1.5 hours to work on the car. Now our car is freezing cold 🥶 I can't complain. Pedro was very pleasant to work with easy to communicate and conversate with. All around this exceeded mine and my husband's expectations. Highly recommend this place no questions asked! Make sure to go all the way down to unit 11 because there are other shops along side it and you want to go to Swiftgirl AC not the other ones. 👍🏼☺️ Sorry for the lengthy review. Charged twice for A/C refrigerants load & Even made me buy a new Ac compressor 🤣. Never fixed the problem. Just changed parts. I’m just figuring out how to properly diagnose refrigerant leak my self with the UV dye. Something they don’t do in the first place, diagnose the problem!! It was the A/C hoses!! Not a gasket, dryer,not the ac compressor, the old AC Hose/Lines is the problem! So much money down the drain because they don’t first right the first time

Beyond exellent service Mr. Pedro fix my air problem explain the process to fix it and showed me the inside of my car with much patience. My ac. Now blows cold air with out shutting off..He also notice my anti freeze was low and filled it up and pointed out that i might need to fix my heater core in order for my heater to work properly and to stop the anti freeze from leaking and venting out of my air vents.. highly proffessional understanding and polite.. thank mr. Pedro for your service dont doubt to call him for service i highly recomend him !!

I went to a total of 4 different so called mechanic/AC places before coming to Swift girl AC. I was quoted $1000 at one place because I needed a "new compressor" Another place was charging me $90 just for diagnostic. After searching endlessly online I came across Swift girl AC and made an appointment I was the first to be seen and Pedro quickly checked my vehicle and explained what was going on. He chatted with me all throughout the process and told me it was a faulty relay which was the reason I wasn't getting cold air and not the compressor My car has low mileage and it's a Honda so he said compressors don't usually stop working at 70k Miles. Maybe on a Kia LOL but not a Honda Anywho to make a short story long I spend about 10-15 minutes including diagnostic and fix and paid $80. He also topped off my freezer which he said was about half way I can definitely say that all the 5 star reviews are real. No gimmicks and no games. Straight to the point and super friendly and professional By the time I was done there was already a line of customers waiting to be seen next Just amazing! If you need AC or other stuff done don't waste your time at other places. Really can't beat the honesty and pricing here!!! You are stupid if you don't check out Swift AC girl!! They just helped save 15 percent on auto insurance. Sikes! Jk But I did save a lot of time and money!! Like and subscribe!!!!!!

Came here for a problem no other mechanic could fix -not even at a wide-known reputable auto shop!! Prior to my car being fixed by Pedro, we told the other mechanic our car doesn't drive like it should, as if something's loose he said everything "looks" alright, tightened a screw and said its safe to drive..our problem still remained.. my husband and I came here and Pedro diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it all under 10 mins! Very swift!! but very thorough as well!! Knowledgeable and friendly.. this will be our new shop no doubt💕 I'm grateful I found them and I see why they have great reviews😁

Let me first say that I called all over town before coming to Pedro at swift. Everyone wanted 50-100$ to even look at my air conditioning problem. When I talked to Pedro on the phone he said it was a free diagnostic. So of course I went in to them first. I'm so happy I did. Pedro, instantly recognized me from the make and model I was driving and told me to pull right up to the Bay. Within 10 mins he was able to diagnose the problem. Since I'm a bit mechanically savvy I wanted to fix it myself. He had no problem with that and actually gave me suggestions. Even though I wasn't a paying customer today. Whenever I have an issue this is where I will go. Good honest hard working people. Thank you so much Pedro. You deserve a raise! Thank you so much for everything and I will refer anyone that needs mechanical help to you guys from now on! 10 🌟 star experience!

Great service at an affordable price. Pedro is awesome. He will walk you through what he's doing and explain everything while he does it. Highly recommend and will come back for all future services on my vehicle.
