Had an issue with a car I was working on and Jacob helped me out. He helped me figure out what the problem was and showed me which part I needed. I really recommend this autozone and will be back!

James Hernandez helped me out so much today ! Dude had a great vibe and was super patient. My car was having a couple problems and was able to guide me through what to do without feeling rushed or anything. He was also able to install a battery for me and everything went smooth. We need more people like this guy 🙏🏼💯 will be coming back to this location in bell gardens.

This autozone is a convenient location, however these last two visits I've experienced negative customer service with the same employee. approximately 10 min ago, I made a purchase having to do my own research because the front desk clerk couldn't help me unless I had the SKU item description. I had to leave the line and walk to my car to use the internet service on my phone. He literally couldn't help to at least point me in the direction of where the fuel disconnecting tool was located. Previous encounters with this same individual wouldn't let me refund a spark plug because the box was open. However, i had to drive all the way to the autozone on Manchester where they had no problem helping me.Now I'm hoping that he isn't discriminating against me because of my appearance, but then again he literally just came all the way outside to physically help a Hispanic customer but couldn't look up an item for me.

Website says it closes at 10:30 we pulled up at 9:50 the attendance saw us and immediately locked the door but did open the door for another person, rude!!!! If you don’t like your job find something else to do…

I've been a customer for 5 years but they have low quality products and more importantly bad customer service. CHOOSE OREILLY'S THEY HAVE BETTER SERVICE. Trust. 💯% Last visit at AutoZone was on August 9, 2024. Sales person Joseph.

So I came into AutoZone in Bell Gardens needing a battery. An employee by the name of James Hernandez went way out of his way to help me out with not only giving me plenty of information on the battery I needed and other questions I had but also installed the battery for me since I came here with no tools and was pressed on time I will definitely frequent this Autozone based on his help. Thanks again James!!

This location is a honest and loyal location and has the best customer service available they showed the most compassion out of all the other locations and have trusted warrant. I’m glad me and my family went to this location. As it also showed the most compassion like no other and they enjoy being an awesome Manager, by having empathy and compassion and her name is Lesley Salazar part sales manager.
