They broke my window on the right side of my truck. I went to Toyota, but it was very expensive. I was searching on Google and I found Miguel from K&A Auto Glass and it was the best thing I could have done to trust him with my truck. While I was on my way to work in the morning, a rock flew down from the highway and my car windshield broke. I sent an e-mail to K&A Auto Glass and they said they would come directly to the company I work at and exchange the windshield for a new one. My rearview mirror fell off my windshield and took a piece of glass along with it and then my windshield cracked right down the middle right after. I was in a bind and needed my windshield replaced asap cause my rearview mirror was just hanging and swinging around. I sent a message to Miguel and he responded right away. Life saver. This guys charges less than the dealership and uses the same glass as dealerships. I called the dealership and they said they also might have to charge me more if glass got inside the door panel and they had to remove it. This guy just vacuumed it out and didn t charge me more. Had my car broken into last night, was up all night looking for a place to get my rear passenger window replaced, stumbled upon K&A Auto Glass. Sent them an email describing what happened and fortunately for me he sent back an email and gave me a call in the morning that he would be able to replace my window today ! Miguel was wonderful to work with. My sons truck glass was completely shattered, and I wasnt sure where to even begin. Even though Miguel was highly recommended by my mechanic, I still did a little shopping around. I called two other repair shops in the area; one of them told me that he wanted to help me out by charging the insurance company more so that I wouldnt have to pay as much for my deductible. If this stranger is willing to swindle my insurance company, Im not sure he is going to be completely honest with giving me the best service and product for my money. The other shop in the area told me that ordering the factory window would require that we wait for 2 months. Miguel ordered the factory window and was here the next day, at my house, repairing the shattered window on my sons truck. He was fast, but also efficient in completing the work. He doesnt deal with insurance, but he provided all the required paperwork so that I could receive the reimbursement for my deductible. I highly recommend Miguel for his honesty, his kindness, and his efficient work. We will definitely call him again if we ever have a window that needs repairing.

Arrived late with out any prior update. Then backed out on deal because my car wasnt parked on the street for him. He never mentioned the requirement before arriving. He has been the only mobile glass service who quit a job for me and only because he says he needs the car next to his. Very unreasonable expectations for an at home mobile service. One star for not being equipped to do actual mobile work, inflexibility, and being late. Overall a poor experience.

Miguel saved me I was trying to figure out the best possible way to save myself from an aftermarket window since I do have a 2021 Honda CR-V hybrid and my insurance wanted the aftermarket way.
