First time trying this place. Should ve seen the red flag when the car in front of me backed up and left. The bay next to me serviced 2 cars that arrived after me. The worker and the car being serviced were just talking the whole time. Didn t see anyone underneath or even working under the hood. I ended up leaving after waiting 35-40 min and no one had greeted or even acknowledged us.

Wonderful customer service. And fast. I am a returning customer. 5 stars plus.

Everyone here is very helpful and so kind. I am a repeat customer and wouldn t go anywhere else. Highly recommend them.

They are quick, they check air tire pressure, they check your air filter and even can change it for you for free if you bring one with you. If you just want fast and convenient oil change, this is the place you want to go to.

Always do a great job. They communicate well with each other to make sure they don t forget anything and double check. Always honest and will tell you if you don t need anything done. They have turned me away twice saying everything looks good come back in a month. Great place.

The price for an oil change has jumped from$129.00 to $169.00 since my last visit with my VW versus my MB!! Thats a 24% increase ??? Service was fast and efficient , but too expensive!!!

Excellent customer service. They are good at what they do. I m very happy with my oil change and electrical inspection plus checked the tire pressure. One of the workers must have been in training as they all huddled up multiple times to talk about something. I didn t mind at all. It s good to see sharing of information and it s always a good thing.

The guys were amazing, professional and timely. Thank you oil changers for letting me know my valve cover gasket was leaking Ive had it replaced and they found 2 spark plug wires that were arking out. Wouldnt have known it if it hadnt been for your careful eye!

I love that you get to sit in your car while they do the change and inspections. They show you the oil levels before and after. So theres never a question if they did it or not. Super friendly and fast.

The manager Branden is always very cheerful and actually remembers our discussions and follows up on any problems with my vehicle.

Tried 3 times to get here and wasn t able to. Make sure to plan ahead if you are going here service is super slow you would need at least one hour. First time arrived 6:40pm they take the last car at 6:30, next day came here during lunch one car ahead of me waited 40 minutes and they weren t finished with the car in front me so I had to leave, next day arrived 6:30, they already had their last customer. I normally go to jiffy lube at takes 20 minutes or less

I couldnt remember if it was time for my oil change and was about to take a little trip. I knew I needed air in my tires and I also wanted my fluids checked. So I stopped by my local Oil Changers and I was seen right away. They are always so friendly and helpful. One of the guys said Im not due for an oil change for another 1500 miles but they were happy to add air & top off my fluids for my trip. Such good customer service so I bought a car wash and they gave me a buy 1/get 1 free. I love these guys!

I just left this facility and was so happy with the service that I parked my car to write this review. Both Jake and Karyme were exceptionally friendly and offered great customer/car service . Trent was the dude underneath and had Karyme explain in detail what I need to do for better car performance. Thank you to my 3-person team that went up and beyond. I was completely tickled by their work ethic, which is very refreshing to witness in these times. This is my first time here, and (in 3000 miles ) I will MOST DEFINITELY be back!

Outstanding service. Didnt try to sell me anything extra. Quick and polite. Less than half the price I paid last time at one of those national chain places.

Car wash was absolute garbage. No soap was dispensed on my vehicle. Essentially it appeared as if I was sprayed with water and scrubbed by rubber bristles. The air dryer was not that great either. Waste of $9.

After coming here I got to say the service is great and the technicians were very helpful, However I m surprised fans aren t provided to the employees while working on the vehicles. Our car said 102 and the employees were hustling, it was hot in my car so I can only imagine.

They treated me and my car good like Moreno Valley professional and fast quick oil change, my next one I will be going back Beaumont because I moved out that way and the coupon made well worth it to, thank you oil changers

Ok at 81 I know Im old. When I arrived all bays empty with 3 employees watching as I pulled up. I started in one bay without any direction and about 3 feet in one employee started screaming repeatedly and waving arms I was going to fall in a pit which could have bn avoided had one of them come forward as I approached. The young man who actually did oil change was polite however and patient as I struggled with his instructions due to his accent and my somewhat diminished hearing. I wont be returning

Love oil changers! So convenient! They do a great job and the techs are calm and professional. They inspect your fluids and tires too. At one appointment they suggested that I get my brakes inspected at a brake shop. Another appointment they offered me coolant fluid replacement. I ve been satisfied with every service. My car is happy!

Spilled oil all over my engine

The guys in the shop are always amazing! They always explain everything, and are quick and efficient! I have a new Kia, so resetting the oil change reminder is always a challenge but every time they get it done (even with YouTube) this is the only place my family goes to for oil changes!!

The Beaumont Shop has always been so Great with their Service. The Crew is super kind and helpful. Ive been going here for the last 5-6 years and they have always gone overboard with service and expiring any problems or future services. My vehicle is a classic, 21 years old and they keep her running perfectly. I highly recommend the them.

These guys are fantastic! I had my oil changed, transmission fluid, front and rear differential, and the front and rear fuel filter changed for hundreds less than just flushing the transmission would have cost at Hemet Ram. They were courteous, quick, and suuuuper polite. Great job guys!

Trent was the attendant who helped me and he refilled everything while I was there in the car. He was swift and accurate. One thing that stood out is my dad is a old man and he comes from a long line of mechanics, he likes to supervise and he made sure to not only entertain him he treated him like one of the bois, it was great to stop by and get a oil change but they offer plenty of great service and will be sure to take care of you! I recommend Trent for his personal care, and if pierce is available he is a wizard as well super fast and professional. This place has earned my business for a long time as a local.
