Would Highly recommend to anyone. Got a small rock chip on my new challenger while on the freeway. I did a quick search online and found Pass Auto Glass gave them a call was able to schedule an appointment on the same day. They came within 2 hours. Very quick response and affordable, Ulises was very professional.

Professional, decent rates (way better than SL) and when quoted prices, I was given the price of the better, UV protected material as opposed to $10 savings of the cheaper glass that another local vendor offered, (without offering the knowledge of their being a better product for a slight increase of price, with UV protection...) It's my kids in the back seat! So $10 may make the other guy cheaper to save the price if a lunch at McDonald's - is that value worth putting my kids at risk for UV sun damage here in the desert?) So because of these factors... 1) price compative to other local vendor 2) option given on price VS product unlike other vendor who just wanted to come in with a cheaper price without killing me the difference ung the product (you get what you pay for!) 3) he was prepared and ready for same day service, unlike other vendor who didn't have UV product in stock. In the end, the job was done professionally, courteously and I know my kids are safe and I was given the option of products to Let me decide what is more valuable! I am very happy! PS... There is a 1 star rating. This was done for an estimate. The same exact post and rating was Given to 2 of the 3 vendors located here, and was NOT based on work done, only a "high price" estimate which I say is BS bcuz both local vendors came in $100 less than the nationally known vendor... Can you say hmmm, maybe people hired to give bad reviews? It's so obvious when the reviews are almost exactly the same verbatim... Called, were rude, unprofessional, price quoted was too high and when I asked why, they hung up on me... And both 1 star reviews were done at the same time. So if you want a real reference, I say put your faith in Pass Auto glass for being professional, prepared, and able to give in a same day service They close at 5, or the last appt is at 5, so they put me in at 5:30-6pm. He came after the last appointment so I didn't go without a car window all night long! That's customer service that gets 10 stars, from Me, the real customer!
