O'Reilly Auto Parts in Barstow

I have been coming to this O'reilly's. Since they opened, I have never been mistreated like I was today. Samantha was the only one there and she acted like she didn't want to have anything to do with customers. Rude obnoxious, horrible service, i actually had to beg her to help me........if I see her there. Working, I will have to go to autozone, very disappointed. Zero stars

Employees always super nice here. They put up with a lot for crap from the petty thieves and junkies around the neighborhood. Good employees though very nice people, good store.

Tried calling several times, nobody answers, and when they do they hung up. Apparently they don't want my business. Will not ship here. Go across the street, they are friendly.

Nothing but great help. I started with a washer pump I bought online while driving out to Barstow. All went flawless. Then I needed a belt tensioner pulley, then a new belt. Was in town a few days and everyone at the store could not have been more helpful and friendly and sharing of their car knowledge to help me out. Ryan even came out to help me get ena belt on, above and beyond. Everyone really helped me out. I thank you all again and wish you the best.

Went in to exchange some light bulbs for the correct one's and they took care of me with out any question staff was very respectful,store manager Jason took care of what I needed in a timely manner and George miller followed doing a great job and finished helping me out thank you for all your help definitely a good visit.

Amazing staff!!! Camper bearings exploded about 15 miles out of town. Wife called this store and they said bring what you got and we will do our best to get the parts. Brought in the mess of parts in the picture, they had the replacements in stock!
