I have been a customer of Firestone since I got my very first car in 2017. I have never once had any issues with them and I love how fast and great their customer service is. Monica and Sally are usually the ones who always help me out and I appreciate their kindness and ability to service my car fast!! They make Firestone look great! I definitely recommend getting the lifetime car alignment and tire rotation. It always feels good to know that your local Firestone is there whenever you need em!

Alex, the auto specialist was concise and efficient about car transactions. Not at all pressurizing to coax me into paying more than I should; offering plenty of options and solutions. As well as, the other customers were pleasant to talk to... The price was a little steep; I was necessitated to dig deep my wallet. Price could have been the sole issue.

The Baldwin Park location is an excellent store. I have visited other stores and it hasn't been the same as the Baldwin Park store. I feel very well taken care of every time I've been there for the services they have performed on my vehicle. My son and husband also have their vehicles serviced at this location and have had positive outcomes as well. Keep up your great service!

Best Firestone ever, big shout out to Monica who was my service Advisor From the min I walked in she looked at me knowing I needed help, like Help Me lol Monica took such great care of me first of all I did not have an appointment and to make matters worse they were under staff and fully booked….After explaining to Monica that I am a (OTR) driver and I am only in the state for one day. She did everything she could to help. I end up leaving in the vehicle and I was to come back at 5 PM to pick it up. I end up did not make it until 6 PM and Monica was there patiently waiting even tho they were close from 5pm Monica deserve a raise and promotion for excellent workmanship!!!! If you happen to stop by this firestone, buy her a coffee or a tea please she deserves it!
