Customer service was great, the guy at the front desk was hilarious and made my experience so much better.

This was a simple fix and they messed it up so badly that I had to have an actual mechanic solve the problem. My bad for taking a simple engine coil issue to a place that should not be trusted to air up your tires!

The man who assisted me was professional. It was so hot outside, poor guy was dripping sweat but working non stop. I applaud the staff for maintaining their cool with a upset customer before me because one of their tools was not working properly and they were unable to service a vehicle that size. The man remained calm and professional. We need more worker like him!

The last time I was here the charged me for new cabon filter and when I went back they told me I didnt have one in and prices are higher then I remember for an oil change and I couldnt get a recipe from them so there is no way of seeing what they were charging for

Im a master mechanic from Michigan. So first, they gave me a $15 discount for providing my own filter and oil. They were super accommodating when I provided the wrong filter (thanks, parts store guy), then they did a good inspection and did not try to upsell me. I got talking to the manager, and they all were super friendly. If I lived here, Id probably stop doing my own oil changes and use them.

These guys are simply great services like from the old days where you are escorted out of the car and into an air-conditioned room and all for really little money for the service so absolutely customer-oriented and super fast I recommend this shop to anyone who wants to do mechanical oil changes or short check-up service if you really have to do it quickly, the quality and service here is, in my opinion, the best alternative to the conventional workshop where you definitely have to wait a long time. Keep it up guys.

They were extremely fast and efficient. I needed a vehicle inspection and they were able to get me in despite it being close to closing. It didnt even take 10 minute, which was really nice.

They knocked our vacuum hose off and got oil stains on our car rug. Luckily my husband is knowledgeable about cars so he could reattach. It was hot so we decided to pay for the oil change instead of doing it ourselves. Well be going somewhere else next time. Services

I do not know if those who posted 5 stars checked their car after the service, because I did check it and they only changed the oil and washed my air filter without checking anything that the report they give you says. My windshield is broken and the report says its okay, that means they dont even check whats in their sight. I had to talk to manager Rafael to get them to fill up the liquids that my car uses and he very angry had to fill them up, but if I dont check, they wont. I will never come back

Extremely fast and efficient service. I had an oil change, air filter, and cabon filter changed. I left and had a problem with my car later on that day with the idling. I took it back and Rafel helped me out, he cleaned my sensor for the throttle body and fixed my car right up. So go on and head right down to the Jiffy Lube on Oak st to get your car taken care of. Note: Jiffy Lube did not cause my car to mess up, I just thought it was cool that they were willing to help me out.

They did my oil change in about 20 minutes and the guy that helped me was so kind and checked a couple of extra things for me. I would definitely return here oh and the price was great as well. Overall great fast and friendly service.

Work is good, prices reasonable and they do more than oil changes. If you get an oil change you can come in any time to get your fluids checked and filled and theyll check your tires.

My boyfriend took his car there to get his oil changed and his air filter cleaned on his Saturn about 2 weeks ago and his oil pan was left unscrewed and so his car is going to have to get more expensive repairs now due to the improper servicing to his car at this location. Be careful, never had a problem before this but definitely will stop recommending to others.

Most expensive oil change, for same services I get else where, they quote a price for oil change after driving you car into their lube station. I have never been charged to take the transmission slide plate off, I know it has to be removed to change the oil, they also know it has to be removed to change the oil. But they wait till they have oil removed to tell you they want $10.00 more dollars. I will never use Jiffy lube service again. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for a oil change.
