We get all our car batteries at A-1. They have the BEST service in town! Today I needed to replace my auxiliary battery AND my regular battery in my JEEP and I came in to purchase them and they installed both on the spot quickly and professionally. It’s not just a pop in job, it requires some extra effort. They made sure everything was working properly before I pulled away. I never would have gotten that kind of service at JEEP! The guys at A-1 will do you right!!

In and out in ten minutes. Not only do they install your new battery for you, but they get rid of the old one also. I got a new battery with a 5 year warranty for $125! Never will I ever waste my money on a car battery at an auto zone ever again

I can’t say enough good things about this place! I pulled in with no prior call or appointment and was able to be helped immediately. The workers were so kind and helpful, too. From the time I got there, to the time it was done was 5 minutes (possibly shorter, no exaggeration). Their warranty is awesome, and I will certainly be returning. This is a great place to get a new battery. Friendly staff and fast service. Pulled up (no appointment), one of the technicians came right out. He was done in just a few minutes. (aka before I was done paying) Rosedale location

Early one Saturday morning I roll up in my Jeep to A-1 Battery without an appointment and they waive me right in. Within minutes the technician has tested my battery and alternator, offers me a few choices for a new battery, explains the pricing and choices and has the battery replaced in a matter of minutes which I spent paying my invoice inside. These guys are knowledgeable, fast and very reasonable. I paid less here than I would have at an auto parts store and they included the labor. Highly recommended! I picked Robert’s brain inside about a golf cart battery issue while I waited, also very knowledgeable and helpful. I didn’t catch my technicians name but he was awesome as well. I’ll definitely be back again when I need another battery, 5 Stars!

SIGN THE QUOTE BEFORE PROCEEDING!! I took two golf carts into their shop to see if the twelve 6v deep cycle batteries were beyond saving as the carts had been stored for months without maintenance. Unfortunately all 12 batteries were bad. I was quoted $161.80 per battery to which I agreed. The techs began installing them as I went into the office and paid via debit card. In total I was charged $982.80 + $80.09 in sales tax, totaling $1,062.89 on my business debit card. I left the office and informed the two gentlemen installing my batteries, I was only getting 6 at this time and would get the others after the second cart was fully repaired. One of the techs told me the price would be higher then, he walked into the office and returned telling me the price is now $XXX per battery (cant recall exact number). He came back from the office and told me the guy in the office has my revised amount ready. I went inside and told the gentlemen behind the counter that is a bad business practice - quoting me a price and then changing it after I already paid. He was dismissive. They charged my charge and additional $144, bringing my new total to $1,106.89. This marked my third set of deep cycle batteries I've purchased from that specific location over the years, and it will be my last time going there.

They do not make batteries like they did in the old days. Even if you buy a good battery you can expect on the average 2 to 4 years battery life. I’ve been coming to A-1 Battery for over 20 years. When I was starting my vehicle this morning I noticed the battery going a little slower as if it was dragging. I know from experience this is one of the signs your battery will tell you that it is going bad. I absolutely love A-1 battery. Just pull it into one of their open stalls and one of their workers will immediately run a test to see what status your battery is in. One of the cells in my battery had gone bad and they immediately replaced my old battery with a brand new one. Their batteries all have a warranty and my old battery was almost 4 years old. They prorated it and charge me accordingly. Thank you A-1 battery!!
