I've taken my truck to Tom for 10 years but never again. He couldn't fix the problem and told me to take it somewhere else after it sat for10 days while I waited in a hotel! I took it to Car Doctor in Murphy's and I am satisfied so far. He doesn't return phone calls in a timely manner and really doesn't care. He needs to retire like he wants to.
I have been bringing my cars here since 1996. I have never had a problem with Tom’s services. Tom is efficient, reasonably priced and has never recommended any service not required. He is my “Go To” guy. If you use Tom’s services, he will become your “Go To guy as well! Thank you Tom for all these years of your professional services!
It's very rare that Tom's comes across an issue he couldn't fix.
To those of you that need body work or even a new engine/transmission put into your vehicle, do yourself a favor and go see Tom. He is honest, ethical, and doesn't give you the runaround. Prices are fair, work is done in a very timely manner, and service is way better than expected.

Tom is a guy you can depend on. An honest guy. I thought I might need some major 4 x 4 transfer case transmission work something like that, but it was just a loose wire and Tom didn’t charge me a thing. He’s got my business.
