Great selection of car batteries plus knowledgeable and friendly staff. A+ experience!

Needed a new battery for my motorcycle. Called the dealer and it was twice as much as Batteries Plus. I bought it online and picked it up an hour later.

They made replacing our 450.00 dollar battery as painless as possible. First we had a hard time finding the correct battery and bought one that did not fit from a car parts store. We returned it but didn’t have our core and the associate said that was okay he didn’t have to charge us for that because someone else had dropped off a lot of batteries. Since we killed our battery by not starting it for a long time period he mentioned we might want a trickle charger. Since we were buying the battery and the charger he offered us a 10% discount, so it was like getting the charger for free. He did not have to do anything of these things for us but he did and he was super knowledgeable. Great employees great customer service Thank you

I've been here a few times for an iPhone screen replacement when I've cracked my phone screen. These guys know their stuff! This is an affordable place to go and get a phone fixed, instead of having to buying a new one. Support here is better than Apple support. Friendly, knowledgeable, honest, professionals! These folks are very knowledgeable, helpful, and display a wonderful customer service ethic. They have done repairs for me in the past to perfection, and most recently advised me on how to restore my one year old (and out of warranty) Ipad Pro from the Black Screen of Death. Had it not been for their advice and information, I would have at a minimum had the battery replaced unnecessarily, and possibly replaced the Ipad at considerable cost. They have my considerable gratitude and I will always be a loyal customer.

Searched many locksmiths to make & program a transponder chip key for my vehicle without any luck. Found that Batteries Plus was able to do this for a reasonable price. From the moment I walked into the Auburn store Dustin was helpful. He replaced the battery in my original chip key and then processed the spare. Dustin was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Easy parking, convenient hours and great customer service. Highly recommended!

I call this store to see if they had this battery on stock. The clerk said they didn't have it and to call another store like Autozone. I asked if he can do a search for the battery for his store? he said he had not way of doing that search and I needed to do that. so I did call another of their store and they said the store I originally called it showed they did have that battery. I called back and the same guy put me on hold indefinitely and after listening to their pre recording for more15 minutes I hung up. Extremely poor customer service.

Had an issue with a dead battery that was about 1 year old on a daily driver car. Brought it in to be checked and they found it to be dead beyond repair, so they offered a replacement right away. I was back on the road the same day! Great service and both people that helped were extremely nice and helpful. Will be coming back for all my battery needs.
