NAPA Auto Parts - CenCal in Auberry

These poeple give off a weird vibe asked for a size for snow chains. Guys walked into the back for less then 5 seconds and said i dont have any for you. Was outside in the parking lot for a while and it felt like they only haf sizes for white people.

Breaking down anywhere is no fun ordeal but I'm sure glad I broke down near this Napa. The employees were great very proffesional friendly and knowledgeable and they saved my ads. My water pump went out and was leaking bad so I couldn't drive to the store. They delivered the part to me within 15 mins. Great service I will go out of my way to patronize this parts store. It's too bad there's not many stores that treat you like this one. Great experience will definitely buy my parts there when I'm in the area.

These guys are great.. Did a brake job today. Since they can turn rotors at 25 bucks each vs new at 75 a piece i saved 100 bucks just right there. Ask for Ryan.

The staff was extremely helpful. We literally broke down as we entered the parking lot. They loaned us the tools necessary to fix our vehicle as well as testing various components to insure we got what we needed the first time

Most of time you can get anything at this Napa by the next day even though this store is fairly remote being the last & only auto parts store before you get to Shaver Lake. This is not a Walmart or some hardware store with an auto section, this is a true auto parts store with the Napa name behind it. The guys that work there are pretty knowledgeable and if they can't get what you need they'll point you in the direction you need to go. Now this place is not the cheapest but giving the circumstances I stated above I have never been disappointed in getting my parts here plus they also have a hydraulic hose making machine that's invaluable.

These guys are terrific! Went in with a broken wiper arm. They found me a spare part and helped me fix it - all no charge! Very friendly and helpful. Not the first good experience I’ve had here. I will go out of my way to do more business here.

We've been to this store twice in the last year and on both occasions the customer service was excellent. Most recently, Ryan went out of his way to help us out after our car broke down on our way to the mountains.

Alternator went out on my expedition, called them at 530 pm on thursday, picked it up Friday at 830 am, thanks for the great customer service.
